After this, I can confirm my back is defo my best feature 🤌🏼

Out here looking like a @dedicatedsupergym ad 💪🏼

At this point I’m really milking all the photos from this one session but ay we move 🤷🏻‍♂️ more to come tho I’m sure

BACK TRANSFORMATION 💪🏼🔥 Top Photo: December 2018 - about a good year into training hard and taking it seriously Bottom photo: March 2023 - Showing that even tho you may not notice the changes cause they happen slowly, they do definitely happen Used the LUT Presets from @cc_reation

The shoulders were thoroughly cooked after this session fml 💪🏼

How it started vs How it’s going, basically two different people 🤷🏻‍♂️

Today I was defo on a Villain Training Arc mindset, cause smashed some serious weight around today 💪🏼

Remember to smash your lifts to assert dominance over your gym rivals, even if they couldn’t care less about your existence (we all have one😂)

Legs fully cooked after this one, it better not be icy tomorrow ❄️❄️

My current Pull day routine for that sick back 💪🏼🤪

2022 A year full of highlights: From Travelling to America and driving my dream car to exploring places in the UK I never thought I would with Snowdon, Ireland, Leicester, and several trips to London to meeting the cutie I get to call my GF everyday, to tearing my knee again and plenty of concerts! Here’s to more memorable moments with hopefully less injuries 😂
