It is only in our darkest hours that we may discover the true strength of the brilliant light within ourselves that can never, ever, be dimmed.⁣ ⁣ You can exert a lot of control over your thoughts, feelings and reactions. The more you can control your mind the more power you have over your oppressors. The power of positivity can be not be undersold. If you are capable of seeing it in your mind, you can achieve it. Let no-one kill your dreams.

I’ve been getting tons of question about why I have been so inactive for the past few months and suddenly went ghost. Even though I didn’t want to make it public, I’ll let you guys know I’ve experienced an accident (which I’ll rather keep to myself) that caused some major injuries on my body and will need time to recover from. With that being said my training has been very limited and taken lightly, my diet and lifestyle have completely shifted towards getting back to normal again. I’ve had so many milestones on my radar, and watching it all fall apart out of the blue really took a tool on me. Of course all of those sudden changes in an individuals life can’t come without leaving a mark on their mental and psychological state. The issues keep compounding on one another and I’ve barely scratched the surface of the side effects. ⁣ ⁣ I know the situation is very though and not the outcome many of you wanted to hear. I’m so grateful for everyone who supported me so far, and still continues to support me because you guys mean the world to me. Trust me when I say this, there’s not a single thing that could force me to stop motivating and inspiring you guys. I know what my purpose is and I’ll stick to it no matter what.⁣ ⁣ Best thing I could do now is keep my head up high and fight through this one step at a time.⁣ There’s no room left for negativity, I see this just as another stepping stone like many others I’ve faced so far. As a matter of fact the situation could have turned out much worse and I thank God for being there for me.⁣ ⁣ “It is necessary sometimes to take one step backward to take two steps forward.”⁣ ⁣ I’ll keep you guys updated on the recovery, in the meantime I’ll continue posting as much as I can.⁣ ⁣ Love ya, stay safe✌️.⁣ ⁣ P.S.: For anyone wondering, the injury wasn’t caused during training neither does it have anything to do with the gym. Just to shut all the incoming negativity.

A lot of hard work is hidden behind nice things.

Having a vision for what you want is not enough. Vision without execution is hallucination.

Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise.

Talent means nothing, while experience, acquired in humility and with hard work, means everything.

I think anything is possible if you have the mindset and the will and desire to do it and put the time in. No matter what, people grow. If you chose not to grow, you’re staying in a small box with a small mindset. People who win go outside of that box.

Don’t let fear make your decisions for you. If you chase anything in life, chase the things that get you excited about living.
