Nambas Fishing Charters

Nice mahi this morning, for this time of year it’s a cracker!! There was lots of yellowfin up but they were feeding on micro bait so it was almost impossible to get a bite, but there was some sold fish in the mix. #nambasfishingcharters #mahi #mahimahi #dolphinfish #dorado #dinner #tacos @christophe_dinh @lulujmac_nambasfishing

A joker faced Mahi isn’t something you see every day, I’m guessing this one had a run in with another fisherman at some point….. #nambasfishingcharters #mahi #mahimahi #dorado #dolphinfish #chelseasmile #thejoker #tastesthesame #hewontdoitagain @lulujmac_nambasfishing @teenosfishinggear

It’s been 25 years since the last time I tied any flies, back then i used to tie down to a size 18 with no problem at all and now I need glasses to tie an 8/0 ! Here in Vanuatu there’s not much in the way of fly tying materials so with some flashabou, rod binding thread and a nylon duster this was the best I could come up with, looks like fish food to me ! #nambasfishingcharters #flytying #saltwaterflyfishing #fly #flytyingjunkie #stillremember #flashabou #fishfood #yellowfin #mahi #flytyingaddicts #flytyingphotography #saltwaterflytying #tfo #tforods #tforeels @templeforkoutfitters @hedronflashabou

As we’ve been getting a few tuna recently I’ve had some prime fish to do some work on my sushi moves, I’m no sashimi ninja 🥷 yet but I’m definitely getting there…… #nambasfishing charters #sushi #sushininja #sushilovers #sushiporn #sushistagram #sashimi #santoeyefilletbeef #tuna #yellowfin #scallops #vanuatuprawns #quailseggs #tobiko #oyster #californiarolls #tempura #crispyseaweed #homemade #freshfish #sashimi @lulujmac_nambasfishing

Went out for 4 hours yesterday and caught a 300 lber on a @au_customlures XXL Crackpipe and a bunch of little yellowfins, the marlin went to village so there will be lots happy people for Sunday lunch. @lulujmac_nambasfishing @teenosfishinggear @au_customlures

Every Christmas I make salmon gravlax, it’s kind of a tradition now. I’ve just sliced and tested it for breakfast and it’s unbelievably good, I have to say it might be my favorite thing to stuff my face with ever !! @lulujmac_nambasfishing #gravlax #gravlaxsalmon #salmon #christmastradition #howgood #favoritedoodever #breakfastofchampions #curedfish #breakast #homemade #ginflavored

Saturdays southern style seafood boil, seafood jambalaya and chargrilled whole fish, an epic way to feed 25 people at one time !! #nambasfishingcharters #shrimpboil #crabboil #seafoodboil #southernstyle #southerncooking #seafood #prawns #blueswimmercrab #mussels #seafoodrice #jambalaya #chargrilledfish #realfirecooking @lulujmac_nambasfishing

We’ve only swum this @au_customlures Crackpipe for a couple of half days and already it looks like a seasoned campaigner! #nambasfishingcharters #au_customlures #bluemarlin #blackmarlin #stripedmarlin #sailfish #yellowfintuna #wahoo #vanuatu #lures #trollinglures #heavytackle @lulujmac_nambasfishing

Flat calm conditions all week but sadly no fishing for us. I guess I’ll have to make do with memories instead,,,, this day a few years ago with @turtle210269 & @lulujmac_nambasfishing we went 3/3 on blues and at least 12/12 on beers! #nambasfishingcharters #marlin #wishiniwasfishin #calmsea #tuskerbeer #yearsgoneby #freinds

Like our dogs at home sometimes our pet Jacks are just as picky about what’s on their menu too. They’ve been getting bigger and bigger over the last few years and there’s some real monsters amongst them and they never fail to show up as soon as the dinner bell rings ! #nambasfishingcharters #nambasfishing #mangrovejack #mangrovejacks #reddogs #pets #feedingthefish
