All Rights Reserved.  “Ours” We are releasing a new print by Mr. at 10:00 a.m. (JST) on Saturday, September 19.  ========================   On a field of blooming flowers, arrived two girls who are prettier than colorful blossoms. This is a world of their own where nobody is allowed to enter.  Are they students from two different high schools in their uniforms? Our eyes are drawn to the brightly-blue color of the jumper dress, while the orange color of the pleated skirt hints at an expectation of a sweet and sour romance.  In an absolutely inviolable world of their own, the two girls appear to be nurturing their friendship and their feelings toward each other. Shakotan ☆ Love ♡ ~ Virgin Blue ~ We are releasing a new print by Mr. at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 12 (JST)  ========================   Mr. was a sad yankii (teenage delinquent) who lived in the city of Kato, Hyogo Prefecture, always waving a flag on the back of someone else’s motorcycle because his family couldn't afford one. Throughout his high school years, he fantasized about one day getting a car of his own, remodeling it, and blasting off to the end of the world with a hot chick beside him, shaking the whole town with the exhaust noise. At the same time, he found himself crying at Touch, a manga and anime by Mitsuru Adachi, feeling absolutely torn between the two conflicting identities—yankii and anime otaku.  To settle on his path after high school, he had to choose one or the other, and decided to apply to art universities in order to satisfy his otaku soul. He kept on failing entrance exams for four years, however, until he ultimately gave up on universities and enrolled at Sokei Art School.  He was agonized by his half-baked life. But for Mr. as a high schooler, the future was filled with hopeful dreams, an ocean of cheerful expectations that made him shudder at the magnitude of his visions. Such is the fantasy landscape depicted in this work.
