Our new taillights are here! You may have seen our worst-kept secret on a selection of our demo vehicles at Norweld branches or at shows this year. Well, the wait is finally over! The new taillights have been uniquely designed in collaboration with LED Autolamps for Norweld-equipped vehicles. It has been 2 years in the making to truly design a product we can be proud to elevate our trays. They feature LED lights encased behind 10mm thick acrylic that diffuses light, creating a crisp halo with no hotspots, sequential LED indicators, “Z” pattern brake lights, and stylised triangular lower reflectors. But it’s not just the aesthetics that have changed, we have increased the brightness of our reverse lights to the maximum allowable level, making reversing at night a breeze. From Monday next week, all new trays and canopy bases being fabricated will feature our new taillight design. Have an existing Norweld build and want to upgrade? We have an order of new taillights heading our way exclusively for our existing customers who wish to have them installed through one of our Norweld branches or retrofit them themselves. While they’re not here just yet, they are on their way, and we will let you know as soon as they’re available for purchase! All trays and canopy bases manufactured post June 2020 are compatible. Love the old lights? Don’t stress they’re not going anywhere. The current Norweld Maxilamps are making their way over to our fleet range and will be available for those customers needing a replacement but wishing to keep the current style of lights.
