GETTING STUCK KAROO RANCHING Equine Therapy - 28 Sept - 1 Oct 2023 At some point in our lives, we all get stuck. Whether it be in an unhealthy relationship, an uninspiring job, anger, grief, unforgiveness, or even a self limiting narrative or belief, we all have found ourselves stuck at some point. Sometimes, we DON'T EVEN KNOW we have become stuck, until we are in a big pot of misery! HARDEST PARTS The hardest parts about becoming stuck are: 1. That it feels like we are going to remain stuck forever, and that nothing is going to change. 2. And should it change, we fear the unknown afterwards. THE LAW OF CHANGE But the Law of Change, is constant. EVERYTHING will eventually change. NOTHING will stay the same forever. We, along with everything else around us, are made up of energy. Energy is in CONSTANT motion, despite not appearing so to the naked eye. BECOMING UNSTUCK And while you could do nothing, until it changes, you could also do a number of things to get yourself unstuck a lot quicker - 1. Realise that you have become stuck 2. Take stock of what limiting thought / belief is keeping you stuck (Hint: Fear is often the greatest culprit) 3. Start moving DESPITE feeling stuck. (Do a mental spring clean, start moving/exercising your body, start changing your narrative, hang out with different people) 4. It may seem like nothing is changing at first, but eventually it will. Just keep moving. 5. Eventually, you will see that things have shifted, and so have you. You will have moved through it. And you will have nothing to fear, because the change needed, was designed for your greater good, by your own beautiful soul. 🐎🥂LAST HORSE SAFARI OF 2023! 🥂🐎 It was a windy, but magical finish to the KAROO RANCHING Horse Safari season for 2023! So many wonderful people found their way to us to come riding in high in the mountains. Each one was paired with a horse for the duration of the event. The bonds that were formed were moving to see, along with the confidence gained, trust earned, compassion shown and tears shed upon saying good bye. To these great horses, we owe a huge debt of gratitude. They serve with kindness and gentleness and allow us to experience the magic of being in their presence. They give of themselves and in doing so, sometimes alter the course of someone's life in the most profound way. It is to them that we owe the success of the past season.
