The Good Stuff | MicroBakery

Absolute babes today 😎

Babka- I didn’t realise how much I’d missed you! Such a joy to make. Coming back this week. ☎️☎️☎️

Great bread today! Let me tell you, anyone who says this baking lark is easy is wrong. At least for me, this stuff is always a challenge.

From #microbakery to #bakery. 💥🤓 I never would have believed that my Berlin bread baking hobby would turn into having a microbakery that then flourished into having a real bricks and mortor bakery. Wow wow wow. Lots of emotions happening at the bakery today as we take the big steps of switching from microbakery to proper fully fledged bakery. Malta’s only sourdough bakery! ❤️❤️❤️ #sourdough #bread #maltesefood #maltesebread #malta🇲🇹 #malta #lovinmalta #breadbaking #bakery #microbakery #sourdoug...

Japanese milk bread fruit buns with coffee, vanilla sugar glaze. Soft soft sooooft. #sourdough #buns #microbakery

My absolute favourite sourdough loaf to make at the moment. I love the action of scoring these and then we bake them nice and dark. 😎

HotCross bun loaf made with tea soaked fruit, the amazing Maltese orange and the most wonderful spices from @greensaffronspice company. If all your life your thought you didn’t like HXB’s- you just didn’t try one of these. 😋😉🤗🍊

This is all I think about. Every single bake I make,I am in pursuit of the perfect loaf. So much is at stake every time I slice a loaf open to see what the complex dance of variables involved in making sourdough is going to be. . . . . . . . #sourdoughbaker #sourdoughlife #breadmaking #perfectsourdough #sourdoughbakery #bakerlife #sourdoughloaf #malta🇲🇹 #bakerystyle #bakery

We’ve become totally obsessed with making bagels! Look at these absolute beauties!

My little starter is killin it at the moment but you can’t get any of it! We are on a much deserved holiday this weekend but back next week!

Happy. I started putting bran on the outside of our country loaves, it really adds something to the crust plus I wanted to use all of the grain with no waste but oooh man does it make a mess on the bakery floor.
