Demetris Stavrou MD

This lady was bothered by her excess abdominal skin and laxity of the muscles. Removal of excess soft tissue and abdominal separation (diastasis recti) repair was performed in her case, to tighten the muscles and narrow the separation resulting in a flat tummy optimizing the overall body shape. Her results are trully phenomenal 🙌🏼 Interested? This courageous patient is a breast cancer survivor who underwent a left mastectomy and reconstruction a few years ago. The capsule contracture on the left breast and the asymmetry are not aesthetically satisfactory. By replacing her left implant, in conjunction with fat grafting techniques, we were able to produce successful aesthetic outcomes in terms of both volume and shape. Patient and I are both satisfied with the overall breast contour and natural feel of the result. #cancersuvivor #motivaimplants #mastectomyreconstruction #breastaugmentation #breastreconstructionsurgery #breastreconstructionawareness #breastreconstructionjourney #motivaimagine #motivaedge #drstavrou #addictiveexcellence #europeaninstituteofplasticsurgery

It's all about balance in a rhinoplasty procedure. The goal is to harmonise the overall looks of the face and this is exactly what we achieved with beautiful lady. She is thrilled with the results. Yet another wonderful masterclass was held last weekend. I had the oppurtunity to share my experience and knowledge with the Motiva Implants. Surgery day was full with 4 breast cases and a bonus rhinoplasty, each with a differenet level of complexity and in need of individualized techniques.

A tuberous breast is never easy to fix. However, with the proper techniques and implants the result can be amazing. Like in this case where we "score" the breast tissue to "unfold" the restrictions present in tuberous breast in order to create the space for an implant. The result looks great don't you think. Do you like it???? In our latest scientific forum, we were humbled to have hosted a dynamic group of esteemed surgeons. The forum was chaired by Dr. Ayman Helmi, Consultant in Plastic Surgery in Riyadh, and we gained insights into breast implant malposition. A case was presented by Dr. Nawaf AlOtaibi, Consultant Plastic Surgeon. In addition, Dr. Demetris Stavrou, Specialist in Advanced Aesthetics and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, shared his experience and expertise on the topic. The event featured extensive interaction, a Q&A session, and knowledge sharing. 💡

Back to our rhinoplasty cases, and what a result this is? Given her thin skin and prominent asymmetries the result looks amazing. The nose was straightened, the septum as well and the projection of the nose reduced. This beautiful girl is thrilled with the result. Do you like the result???? A breast augmentation surgery is almost never a lifetime surgery. On average every 10-15 years the implants might need to be changed and some corrective surgery to be done. In this lady the previous implants were ruptured and the breast was ptotic. We exchanged the implants to the 6th generation @motivaimplants ergonomix and we lifted the breast to achieve an almost perfect shape. Do you like the result???? It's all about balance. Facial features should be in balance, so is the nose. Take this beautiful lady for example. Look how harmonic the face has become from a simple 1,5h rhinoplasty surgery that needed minimal recovery and had almost zero pain.
