Meet Dolly (Dolly Parton is the full name)💛 We rescued this girlie last week off the streets of Grenville after getting a report on her. She has tested positive for tick fever and heartworm and has mange and skin lesions all over…but she is safe and already getting first class treatment and love! Please send her all the positive healing vibes! Also, huge THANK YOU to Ashley and Megan for heading up there and getting this girl for us - you are both superstars! #Rescuednowloved #abandonednomore #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #foster #donate #love #adopt #volunteer #betheirvoice #tlcneeded #shelteranimal #adoptdontshop

Donations needed! This is Houla and her babies! We came across them after a concerned neighbour asked us to come by as Houla’s neck seemed infected. After visiting and speaking with the owner, we were able to get Houla cleaned up, medication and also gave flea/tick and dewormer to all pups. We also spoke with the owner regarding spaying and neutering all animals - he agreed! Our next step is now to raise funds to cover these ops! We are trying to raise $50 per pup and $100 for mummy (so $350 in total)! If you’re able and willing, please click our PayPal link that’s in our bio! Or stop by the shelter and be sure to mention that it’s for Houla and pups! As always, we appreciate the help! #Rescuednowloved #abandonednomore #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #foster #donate #love #adopt #volunteer #betheirvoice #tlcneeded #shelteranimal #adoptdontshop

We don’t blame them! Sheila and Diamond of the insurance litter taking a dip in their doggy pool 💦 These two have been at the shelter since February…that is 8 months too long!!! Please share and let’s find them homes! #Adoptdontshop #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #spayandneuter #donate #adopt #foster #volunteer #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #shelteranimals #rescuedisourfavouritebreed

Trish, Arthur and Alfred taking David for a walk🤣 Have we mentioned lately how much we appreciate our kennel attendants, David and Boyo?! Well we do! It’s not an easy job caring for all the shelter animals, but they get it done and the dogs adore them! #Adoptdontshop #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #spayandneuter #donate #adopt #foster #volunteer #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #shelteranimals #rescuedisourfavouritebreed

Update on our Dip litter! Guacamole, Salsa and Hummus are doing well in their foster home! They were a bit hissy when they got there but slowly coming out of their shells! They’ve also started eating solids, so will be weaned soon:) Just want to say a huge THANK YOU to all our fosters out there, you are all amazing! Fostering saves lives, and we appreciate each and every one of you! #Adoptdontshop #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #spayandneuter #donate #adopt #foster #volunteer #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #shelteranimals #rescuedisourfavouritebreed

Ralph is either confused by his reflection, or is simply admiring how incredibly handsome he is🤣 Ralph is currently on foster and is doing well medically! His skin is looking better each week, and he has responded really well to his TVT treatments! He comes in weekly for chemo, and is also on the slow kill treatment plan for his heartworm. He is spending the day today with Paula to do some behavioural work🙌 #rescuednowloved #abandonednomore #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #foster #donate #love #adopt #volunteer #betheirvoice #tlcneeded #shelteranimal #adoptdontshop

MISSING DOG - BENNY!!! Our sweet, but very shy, Benny is missing from his recently adopted home by Petite Bacaye in Westerhall! He was seen yesterday by our team when we went out to look for him, but we couldn’t catch him. He is very shy and thus if you see him, please call us on 440-4874 or 415-2401; do not try to catch him! We want him home safe and thus are asking all to share his photo and info! He is all black with white on chest and big ears! He has a scar on his back! Please share!!! We will get flyers up by the end of the week.

Benny got adopted last week but he got away and has been missing since😩 We took Trish and Arthur out to look for him…we didn’t find Benny (which is breaking our hearts) but Trish and Arthur had a really good afternoon as they got to run free for over an hour! Trish was adopted but was returned to us last week (due to no fault of her own), and Arthur has been with us since a small pup…such fun loving adults who desperately need a home! Please share!!! #Adoptdontshop #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #spayandneuter #donate #adopt #foster #volunteer #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #shelteranimals #rescuedisourfavouritebreed

Meet Ranger💙 Ranger joined us at the shelter 1.5 weeks ago and we’ve been slowly watching his progress as when he first came to the shelter, he started to shut down. He is now out in the run (as of yesterday) and by the smile on his face, we can only hope that he’ll be on the up from here! Paula has been working with him daily (thank you Paula!!!) and little by little we’ve seen improvement. Ranger tested positive for it all…mange, tick fever, heartworm and Anaplasma! Here’s to wishing Ranger a speedy recovery and we hope we can find him a home soon! We have so many adult dogs right now at the shelter, and desperately need to get them all homes! Spread the word! #Adoptdontshop #grenadaspca #animalshelter #animalrescue #spayandneuter #donate #adopt #foster #volunteer #loveyouranimals #bekindtoanimals #beresponsibleowners #shelteranimals #rescuedisourfavouritebreed
