Day 5 | Spirit of Grace help us become who we want. At times our own desires can be the thing that torments us. Practical leads to progress it’s taken me several “30 day challenges” to get here. ⁣ ⁣ “We make choices but then choices make you.” ⁣ ⁣ Ecclesiastes 3:11 “ He has made everything beautiful in its time”. ⁣ “ the past is in your head but your victory is in your hands.” ⁣ ⁣ Starting where your are is enough - keep going! ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #sundayfunday #faith #hope #weightloss #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #girlswholift #bodybuilding #tone #explore #explorepage #reels #health #body #bodypositivity #healthylifestyle #mindfulness #freedom #challenge #fitwomen ⁣

Day 3 | “Take the Steps” - Today was my rest day, I decided to do some cardio before work at least. I saw the steps and it reminded me of how often we miss the opportunity, because it required a little more effort…that we don’t think we have. ⁣ ⁣ You gotta take the steps! Don’t worry about the particulars - everything you need is already in you! Watch my YouTube video. God’s vision for us is not limited to our circumstance, he builds with precision, all we have to do is take the steps.⁣ ⁣ His power is made perfect in your weakness. ⁣ ⁣ Galatians 6:9 [ Let us not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up. ] ⁣ ⁣ Take the steps! ⁣ ⁣ #⁣faith #faithworks #loved #hope #build #dream #believeinyourself #melanin #workoutmotivation #bangs #natural #softglam #body #bodypositive #smile #friday #fitnessjourney #weightloss #weightlossjourney #youtube #malawiangirls ⁣

Such a great message at church today - You will not always be motivated, you will not always be strong, life can get confusing and complicated but his Promise is always the same. 🤍⁣ ⁣ 2 Peter 1:5-8 ESV⁣ ⁣ For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with virtue, and virtue with knowledge, and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with steadfastness, and steadfastness with godliness, and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.⁣ ⁣ #blackgirlhairstyles #closuresewin #bangs #reels #charlotte #faith #motivation #spirtualhealing #healing #selflove #bangs #sweaterweather #fall #blackwomen #malawian #wellness #sundayfunday #elevationworship
