Cawblen, That's the word for tuh-day! I know I haven't been posting for sometime now. The last slide clearly depicts where I've been these past few days, weeks,years? Idk it's been a while. I really had to take sometime for myself, something I didn't do in its entirety upon my relocation from my beautiful hometown #Barbados in 2020. Nobody tells you the whole nitty gritty of how gruesome and yet such a beautiful nightmare of navigating a new culture,new city and new pathways . Downsizing years of what was your old life,into a suitcase or a few boxes is scary.😨 The what ifs ,of am I doing the right thing? The fears of I'm not going to make it ,but the plane already took off . Guess I can't back out now 😬 These are just a few of the questions that came to mind for me. So now I've landed so what next? If you can make it here you can make it anywhere *cue eyeroll*. Pleaseee babbyee ! Let me tell you I don't know where that #confidence came from .But it came and it stay there for let's see just a few months or so and flew right back out. Now it's time to unpack,and unpacking takes time,some can get it done in a day but for others it may take a week ,months or a year even. 🇧🇧I had to unpack that every thing isn't going go the way I planned it . 😬 That downsizing is best to start with less baggage or clutter. Clarity in mind is good for the soul. 💗 Starting over is bittersweet but it lays you a new foundation.
