72 hours Autophagy maxes out I’m done. ✌🏼 Not going to lie. I slept horribly and my period came early so I struggled from 2-6 but we got there! I just had a cup of broth. Dinner is in the oven. Going for slow cooked easy to digest.

On a scale of 1-10 how afraid of being hungry are you?

This is 48 hours Autophagy increases by a further 30% Immune system resets and regenerates Increased reduction in inflammation response Living the dream over here!!

41 hours fasted now. Well over halfway. On the countdown. ✌🏼

36 hours Autophagy now increases by 300% 👀

Once I wake up I’ll be 33 hours fasted. This is where the magic really starts to happen. Thanks for keeping me accountable and sane.

Made it to 24 hours fasted now. I’m feeling more than ok. Now this is the point where; + Autophagy begins + Glycogen stores are drained + Ketones are now being released into my blood stream

16 hours fasted Body starts to increase the fat burning

Here’s what happens around 14 hours into the fast… + My body has now switched to using stored fat as energy + Human Growth Hormone starts to increase dramatically Had a few hunger pangs. I’ve drank around 2L of water at this point. It’s also advised to add a little salt to your water for electrolytes. I’ve also had 1 black coffee.

12 hours of fasting… + All food I’ve consumed prior has now been burned + The digestive system goes to sleep and now the healing process is activated + Human Growth Hormone begins to increase + Glucagon is relaxed to balance blood sugars. At this point I was asleep so all was well!

Ok here’s the first 4-8 hour breakdown of what happens when fasting (this part is EASY) 4-8 hours Blood sugars drop All food has left the stomach Insulin is no longer produced

I’ve started a 72 hour fast. Let’s see how this goes. I’ll be right here with blow by blow updates. 🫠
