World-renowned music producer, Dj and on-air radio personality Dj Kurt “The Party Animal” Riley is ready to take on Rub-A-Dub pt. 12 – 90s Cooler Festival in Grand Cayman on Saturday, September 23rd 2023. Kurt is a graduate of Kingston College, but his passion and love for music, always a forethought resulted in his decision to become a Radio Disc Jockey and follow in his father’s footsteps becoming a record producer, resulting in his production of his first urban hit record “Stamina Daddy” (which he co-wrote with and performed by Buju Banton). Kurt realized that this was a no-brainer as he had a natural aptitude for it and has been working at it since. He has over 16 years of working in Radio; first for Fame 95Fm and currently for The Bridge 99Fm. Some of Kurt's most notable accomplishments to date are producing the global hit "Gyal You a Party Animal”, which went diamond in 2016, selling over 10 million copies worldwide, 90 million views on YouTube and has attained recognition in the Caribbean and Central America. He was voted ‘Best International DJ’ for 2021 by the Jamaica International Music Awards (JIMA). Kurt is also an International recording Artist (The King of Dancehall) Beenie Man’s Official DJ and was apart of the Versus Battle between Beenie Man and Bounty Killer in 2020. This has also afforded him the opportunity to share the stage at Afro Nation in Portugal with Beenie Man, Popcaan, Shenseea, Chris Brown, Wiz Kid, Burna Boy and many other artists and producers. See you all at Rub-A-Dub pt. 12 – 90s Cooler Festival on Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at the transformed Lions Community Centre. Starts at 7pm. #rubadubcayman
