Alejandro Moreno Guerrero's project for the Ethiopian Satellite Preschools is focused on the flexibility of the space. The design is conceived from modules initially of 50 m2, composed of a curved rigid wall that functions as a warehouse and structural stabilizer, and three retractable and folding modular timber frames wattle-and-daub walls attached to the public spaces, which allow the growth of the teaching area. · · · #architectureboards #archilovers #arquitetura #architektur #arkiromantix #architettura #architectureporn #architecturelovers #architecturephotography #architecture #arquitectura #architecturephoto #architecturedesign #architecturelove #archigram #architecturaldigest #archicompetition #archistudent #architecturecompetition #architecturestudent #africanarchitecture #archiporn #urbandesign #rendering #archdaily

This project by Nabeel Essa aims to organise the accommodation into a series of individual buildings that are connected via a covered walkway and courtyard. The spaces between the buildings offer various types of outdoor rooms that extend the teaching space into the outdoors. Spaces of different sizes and experience offer a stimulating learning environment. What do you think about it?😍 · Last days to register in the current period of our new competition! What do you think about this finalist proposal by Carlos Brizuela, Preti Ismael and Cristian Benitez? We love it! 🥰 · The kinder garden is planned as an incremental and adaptable system. The possibilities of adapting to any terrain morphology are endless. The infrastructure that organizes the programs is generated from a semi-covered gallery that connects the various areas of the school, and at the same time, forms courtyards that are surrounded by it. · · · #arquitetura #arquiteturadeinteriores #arquiteturaantesedepois #arquiteturaeurbanismo #arquiteturabrasileira #arquiteturaedesign #arquiteturadesign #arquiteturamoderna #arquiteturaeinteriores #arquiteturadecoracao #arquiteturacomercial #arquiteturabrasil #arquiteturainteriores #arquiteturacontemporanea #arquiteturas #arquiteturaantiga #arquiteturasacra #architecturecompetition #architecturecontest #archstorming #architecturestudent #architecture #architecturelovers #architectureporn #architecturedesign #arquitectura #arquitecturamx #arquitecturaalacarta #arquitecturaconcausa #archdaily

Proposal by Jaime Fernández Moro and Jorge Rodríguez Chinchilla from Seville, Spain 🇪🇸. Congratulations! ❤️ · The prototype is made up of four independent volumes that will be built in different phases according to the needs of the place. These pieces create a discourse related to autochthonous matter, therefore, the main constructive element is the ground itself. This allows the creation of a "piece-mold" that is drawn based on a square geometry, which is carved into some spaces which work as equipped walls and serve the main uses, creating a program full of possibilities. · · · #architectureboards #archilovers #arquitetura #architektur #arkiromantix #architettura #architectureporn #architecturelovers #architecturephotography #architecture #arquitectura #architecturephoto #architecturedesign #architecturelove #archigram #architecturaldigest #archicompetition #archistudent #architecturecompetition #architecturestudent #africanarchitecture #archiporn #urbandesign #rendering #archdaily

Fanstastic Honorable Mention by Carlos Vázquez and Garazi Merodio from Seville, Spain! 🤩 "Understanding the emergence of this type of NGO, we do not propose a new construction system that comes to "solve" the problems, but we rethink the current local construction system, which already has the constructive and economic ease that is needed. However, it rethinks and instead of getting "boring" spaces, it is capable without great financial resources to get everything that can be asked of architecture." · · · #architetturamoderna #architetturadinterni #architetturaurbana #architetturacontemporanea #architetturaitalia #architecturecompetition #architecturecontest #archstorming #architecturestudent #architecture #architecturelovers #architectureporn #architecturedesign #arquitectura #arquitecturamx #arquitecturaalacarta #arquitetura #arquiteturaedesign #arquiteturadesign #arquiteturabrasil #arquiteturas #sustainablearchitecture #architektur #architektura #architekture #archdaily #archicompetition #archistudent

Congrats to Belilta Asfaw and Nicole Dejong from the USA for this beautiful Honorable Mention! "The module is primarily constructed with two building techniques: Rammed Earth and Wattle + Daub. They are durable and non-skilled labor can build - increases jobs and community skill. The materials used celebrate the Oromia culture of weaving and pottery." · · · #architetturamoderna #architetturadinterni #architetturaurbana #architetturacontemporanea #architetturaitalia #architecturecompetition #architecturecontest #archstorming #architecturestudent #architecture #architecturelovers #architectureporn #architecturedesign #arquitectura #arquitecturamx #arquitecturaalacarta #arquitetura #arquiteturaedesign #arquiteturadesign #arquiteturabrasil #arquiteturas #sustainablearchitecture #architektur #architektura #architekture #archdaily #archicompetition #archistudent

Project by George George, Max Moses, Christian Peña and Nicole Rivera from NY, USA. Congratulations! 👏 · "Classrooms are paired together sharing one common storage room and two flushing toilets near classroom entrances. Each classroom has a circular story telling area and an instructional area. In the story telling area, half circle platform seating provides an intimate learning setting between students and teachers. Barrel vaulted roof with ventilation grilles at the top provides ample cross ventilation and easy hot air displacement from classrooms" · · · #architecturecompetition #architecturecontest #archstorming #architecturestudent #architecture #architecturelovers #architectureporn #architecturedesign #arquitectura #arquitecturamx #arquitecturaalacarta #arquitecturaconcausa #arquitetura #arquiteturaedesign #arquiteturadesign #arquiteturabrasil #arquiteturas #sustainablearchitecture #architektur #architektura #architekture #archdaily #greenconstruction #humanitarianarchitecture #architectureproject #architecturephotos #architecturehunter #archicompetition #archistudent

In love with this proposal by Yousra Faydi, Yahya Thimoumi and Yassine Ech-chaib from Morocco 🇲🇦👏 · Concerning the construction techniques and materials, we were directly inspired by the local architecture. We chose to combine between a structure made with reinforced concrete and exterior walls made with wattle and daub technique. Alongside to a floating roof made with zigba and eucalyptus wood and corrugated sheets. The roof is equipped with a gutter that conducts rain water to a reservoir, that will eventually be used later in the kitchen and latrines. The movable interior walls are made with bamboo and weaving to lower the cost of construction · · · #architectureboards #archilovers #arquitetura #architektur #arkiromantix #architettura #architectureporn #architecturelovers #architecturephotography #architecture #arquitectura #architecturephoto #architecturedesign #architecturelove #archigram #architecturaldigest #archicompetition #archistudent #architecturecompetition #architecturestudent #africanarchitecture #archiporn #urbandesign #rendering #archdaily
