JAKE CASSAR

Hi 👋 thought I was going to write something short but it turned into this. A few years ago I had an idea for a brand concept, for years I didn’t do anything with it because I wanted to create something with real thought and purpose instead of just producing a heap of product that is just going to add to all the other bullshit products that are already out there. I wanted to create something that was unique and not just another trend. Anyone that’s really close to me would know how much @cavetta has meant to me these last few years, especially before it was even something. My dad would mentor me through ideas I would have for it and help me piece the pieces together. With him not being here anymore, it has made me even more passionate about bringing this to life as a tribute to him. Since covid hit, I took a step back from modelling to focus on being more with family and working out what I wanted to do next in life and building something for myself quickly became the focus. I have been back full time plumbing to help fund bringing this idea to life. This year, I finally decided it was time to give this concept a run and see what I can do with it. I started @cavetta to offer jewellery thats made with precious gold/silver metals that are sustainably sourced and mined here in Australia. Jewellery that can actually last more than a lifetime and bring back the tradition of passing down the rings on to future generations. I’m posting about this as I’m 6 days away from launching the brand. So just wanted to say thank you to everyone that has been following and supporting me and @cavetta this far. Special mention to @roccismit for being my biggest supporter and helper whilst putting up with me while I’m all over the place with building this idea haha. Here’s to a new journey! 🥃🤟
