I used to roll my eyes at the topic of spiritual awakenings, thinking it was all woo-woo fluff people throw around to sound eccentric. Then, I had a spiritual awakening and realised it’s just remembering that we are not powerless bodies thrust into existence without control. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and the ‘human’ part of us is a meat car our souls drive whilst we play a super interactive create-your-own-reality game called ‘Life on Earth’. 🤯

Bedtime: the daily Olympic event where the day's marathon turns into a strategic sprint to the finish line. Nothing beats the triumph of saying goodnight, closing the bedroom door and collapsing onto the couch with a drained yet victorious sigh 😮‍💨🥇#parentingolympics

Have you noticed how often you gaslight yourself? Unconsciously caught in a web of second-guessing and invalidating ourselves, we’ve been taught not to trust our inner compass. Become conscious of the one driving your thoughts. It speaks to you relentlessly. It‘s YOU - unfiltered. Hot tip: the first thought is your intuition, and the second - the one where you doubt yourself - is your programming. Now that you’re conscious of it, start listening and never doubt yourself again. ✨🩵

✨ MORNING AFFIRMATION ✨ Today will be a great day. I am capable, resilient, and ready to overcome any challenges that come my way. I will not let anyone or thing take control of my joy. I will show up for myself no matter what. I create with every thought; therefore, I will create the reality I desire. Today will be a great day. Happy Friday! 🩵✨

Hello, hello… what are we doing here exactly?
