Still getting used to looking like a little caramelos

Instagram reminded me of this photo taken 8 years ago… I'm happy I still have the same love for health and fitness. But boooy have I made a lot of mistakes throughout the years. So here are a few things I wish I had known back then: 1. Healthy looks different on everyone, don't compare yourself to others on social media.🫶🏽 2. Don't follow fitness trends just because they're popular. Experiment and find what works for you. Use social media as a source of inspiration.✨ 3. Working out doesn't have to consume your whole life! I used to work out way too much. Training 3-4 times a week is enough to see results, swipe to see my current shape.🙌🏽 4. It's possible to achieve your fitness goals without sacrificing your social life. Make healthy choices, but don't forget to have fun with loved ones🥳 5. Restrictive diets are not the answer! 🙅🏽‍♀️ Fuel your body with foods that make you feel good and that you enjoy eating.
