8 ways to have a pain-free pregnancy: - MOVE your body and baby: staying active with daily walks, yoga, pilates or other ways to move your body is somehow the best way to circulate blood and energy through your body. - MASSAGE your belly and legs with oil every night. I use organic sweet almond oil. - EAT a balanced diet. Get some of everything. I eat red meat, fish, lentils, leafy greens, wild berries, eggs, lots of veggies and I start my day with a cold pressed green juice. Listen to your body but try to get a bit of everything. - VITAMINS: I take a pregnancy multi vitamin and probiotics. That’s it. The rest of my nutrition I prefer getting from food I eat. - MINDFULNESS: find a peaceful moment for you and your baby every day. Either at home or on the beach or in nature. Whatever is available to you. I either do a mindful walk or/and meditate with the ocean waves as my sound track. - COMPRESSION SOCKS: use compression socks some hours during the day to help on tired / restless legs and to increase blood circulation. I try to enjoy as much time with them before a new bestie is joining us. - SLOW DOWN: I know it can be hard with work to slow down. Level down the stress so whatever work email drop into your inbox it doesn’t effect you to a level that is not healthy. These tips has helped me a lot during this pregnancy.
