In August our spleen is under EXTREME pressure. We often feel as though our stability, balance, home, and feeling of security are threatened. It can also seem like all the energy that Summer bestowed upon us has been swept away. August (and the beginning of September) is a time during which we need to convert our energy, start building our reserves, protecting our power … and working on storing it within us so that it can support us during winter. August (+ the beginning of September) and February are energetically the most difficult months of the entire year! Love You💛 Savina

There’s 2000 of us already! On our 100% charity retreat ‘The Return to the Oasis of Juiciness and Peace’ And it’s only been 24 hours since applications opened. 💓🪷 This also means that we have already raised almost 40,000 EUR that will be donated to two charity organizations and 2 fire departments - helping the flood victims of Slovenia.💫🙏 (100% of the proceeds goes to charity … I personally pay for all the costs of the whole team to work and everything technical needed for the retreat to run.) Our first night together was magical - our community is so precious to me. It’s crucial for us to uplift our energy together, to be there for one another, to encourage each other, and help one another out. In life sometimes we are the helper and other times we are the one receiving aid. What’s important is that we reciprocate and stand by each other. And that we don’t forget to take care of ourselves in the process. 🙏 The whole week I’ve been also in contact with my friends from Maui too as Lahaina has burned down. A therapist I know who’s currently living there told me, “Yes, people need physical and material aid. It’s crucial. But they need a loving embrace just as direly. We all need a shoulder to cry on and let out all our pain and grief.” Any type of help is invaluable in times of crisis. Thank you to everyone who has decided to help in any way possible. I am so grateful that we are able to help too.  I am also so so so so grateful for my entire team. There are 11 of us and in the last couple of days we have been working 12 or more hours a day in order to prepare everything for the retreat on such short notice. But we were able to take care of everything and ensure everything works smoothly and I am so proud that we were able to achieve it all so quickly. Completely flooded, our beloved Slovenia 💔🙏 Water … the source of life and feminine energy ... which also needs its counterpart to remain in balance.  Without that polar opposite to harmonize it, it becomes a destructive force.  Right now there’s only one thing we can do - come together and help each other. This is a heartbreaking tragedy.  My deepest condolences. And an endless sadness for all of you who’ve lost your homes.  We’ve spent the day with the women in our school who live in the most affected areas of Slovenia.  The support of community is sometimes all we can offer in times of helplessness.  I’ve also contacted many of the “magical people” I know ... and they are all doing their best to help Slovenia. Baba Femi and Baba Dare performed a special protective ritual ... and Devon activated his frequency medicine device.  (Frequencies, much like water … can support both creation and destruction. It will be time for us to stop acting like nothing’s happening and that our skies are still what they used to be. Because that’s the only way we can stop this.) Of course, the most important support right now is physical help. I plan on helping with everything I’ve got too. In this world that is so desperate for healing and rabalancing … in this world where Barbie is spending the summer trying to convince us that Men are nothing but extras in the movie of life … The most touching scenes I’ve witnessed are the images of strong, powerful, fearless firefighters, soldiers, first responders, and volunteers with their hearts on their sleeves … tirelessly and courageously working to save children, the elderly, and Women.  THANK YOU!🙏💓💓 We need each other. Honeymoon & Sleepmoon🍯 😇 Savica Falls, Slovenia- Plitvice Lakes National Park- Island Vis, both Croatia After our Slovenian wedding I took some time off for the first time since 2019. For our Honeymoon. 🥰🥰 And for a “Sleepmoon”: I finally got enough sleep to make up for all I missed and then some. I read 450 pages of Garrett’s book. The final, edited version right before its official release. I’m also working on deepening my theoretical and practical knowledge of medicinal ketosis and autophagy. And I’m writing. From today on my team and I are also going full steam ahead with our preparations for the new school year. It starts in October. Wedding Album, sLOVEnian wedding 💓💍💫 Garret said, half as a joke and half completely serious, that since I had been baptized in 6 different religions as a little girl, meaning 6 times ... many of the ceremonies being traumatic ... we would get married at least seven times. To heal the trauma of the past with beauty and love. Love heals all wounds. And celebrating love is such a beautiful thing. 💓💓💓💓💓 This wedding ceremony in Bohinj was spiritual in nature. If the circumstances were different, the wedding would have been bigger and had more family members and friends present. But Garrett’s mom has just had a really serious knee surgery that she’s still recovering from. She isn’t allowed to board transatlantic flights for a couple of months because her leg swells up too much. That’s why we’ve decided to have another wedding next year. On Vis Island. Where we live. This wedding will also have my dad and my beloved Irena – who is like my and Garrett’s mother – in attendance along with more friends who will fly in from all over the world and such an event takes more time to organize and plan.   And until our seventh wedding I’m sure we’ll get the whole world-wide gang together. 😇   And truly ... why shouldn’t we celebrate Love more often? Spiritual Wedding and Blessing from Ancestors 💫💍💫 This wedding in Bohinj Lake was our spiritual ceremony in a location where my roots are from. Bohinj is the place where my beloved, stubborn, and independent grandma Mama Mici lived. She always told me that if we wanted to see her, we had to come to her. That’s why I knew if I wanted her to “attend” my wedding it had to be in Bohinj. And attend it she did. Her presence was felt everywhere around us. My family on my father’s side originated from Bohinj. My grandpa Franci was born in a village called Sveti Duh (Holly Spirit) overlooking Bohinj Lake and he played an important role in defending Bohinj during World War II. On the day of our wedding, I was looking for a necklace, that Garrett had given me. I was rummaging through the drawers in our apartment in Ljubljana. During my search I found a box that I had forgotten all about. Inside was a brooch with a photo of my great grandparents – my grandma’s parents – from their wedding day. This brooch was my grandma’s precious heirloom, bcs her mother had died so young. As soon as I saw the brooch, I knew that I was meant to find it and take it with me to the wedding ceremony.   I showed it to Baba Femi, IFA priest who married us... who just smiled. He told me that he felt the presence of my ancestors the entire day but that whenever we have an object that used to belong to them, the connection is amplified. We all had goosebumps. During the ceremony Baba Femi read from an IFA book describing agreement between two souls on their wedding day, and their ancestors. Baba later told me that he had to close the book a couple of times, because the energy and the presence of our ancestors was so powerful .💫🙏   During the ceremony on the boat in the middle of lake Bohinj, were bathed in this magical light that looked like divine beings were sprinkling gold dust through the clouds.💫☀️ Will write more about our vows, our ‘Cupid’ Nikola Tesla and why Garrett is saying we will have (at least) seven weddings. Love is worth going to the ends of the Earth for 💓💍💓 At our Slovenian wedding in Bohinj Garrett and I exchanged our vows … all the guests were crying. We were crying. Baba Femi was crying … yet at the same time we all laughed and laughed. One of the things I had said to Garrett in my vows was that we had truly gone to the “ends of the Earth” for one another, for our Love. I first went all the way to New Zealand which is practically at the edge of the world. And in Bohinj there is a place called “Ukanc” which means “konec” (“the end” in Slovenian).
