our #sssshowhouse has been many things to me over the last couple years… as our first ground up build personal project, at the start it was a place I could flex my architecture muscles (alongside the talented brains of @_mera_studio_), and then it became my design laboratory where I could experiment and play with almost no constraints typical to a client or renovation project… upon finishing it became the showcase house for my own furniture and product lines and then a glorified guest house, a photo studio, event venue, gallery and staycation getaway when rupe and I got the rare night away. sharing some big news for your kitchens!!! up until now my quarterline and beaded doors for @semihandmade have been available only for ikea kitchens, which of course we have loved for the budget and DIY ease but they are taking it a step further and are now offering their own cabinet boxes as well. what does this mean?! It means you can now order a completely custom Sarah Sherman Samuel kitchen directly from Semihandmade. a little more of Paris from our last few days of the trip. back home now and decompressing… Paris with kids is woah. so so wonderful and awful at the same time or rather, at different times 😂. happy to be able to share it with them though and to see them relish in trying new foods, squid ink risotto, escargot and frogs legs and duck liver… dinner became its own adventure each time. That still might be my favorite part (sound on for example on the last slide) Haha
