Ingredients For the chicken and it’s marinade: 1 small chicken 400ml Greek yoghurt 5 garlic cloves, crushed to a paste 40g ginger, grated to a paste ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp paprika 2 tsp coriander 1 lemon, juiced 1 tbsp flaked sea salt For the sauce: 2 tbsp neutral oil 1 cinnamon stick 2 tsp cumin seeds 4 cloves 6 cardamon pods 1 brown onion, sliced 3 cloves garlic, grated 30g ginger, grated 2 Indian bay leaves 1 brown onion, diced 2 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 2 tbsp tomato puree 200ml double cream For the rice 2 tbsp neutral oil 3 brown onions, finely sliced 400g basmati rice 1 tbsp salt 50g unsalted butter a pinch of Saffron threads 5 tbsp warmed milk 50g more butter 50ml water to serve Sliced toasted almonds to serve coriander

For this recipe, you’ll need: 18 eggs 4L of milk 1.5kg of plain flour 100g salt 4kg beef mince 400g tomato paste 20 onions and carrots 10 celery stalks 40 mushrooms 4 bay leaves 4 bottles of red wine 5 tins of chopped tomatoes 500g butter 1L oil 136 lasagne sheets 2kg mozzarella cheese We’d strongly recommend you don’t try this at home, and instead - head down to your local Iceland or @thefoodwarehouseuk stores to pick yourself up an equally delicious, regular-sized meal, along with some of our other favourites from the range. #icelandfoods #lasagne #cookingchallenge
