BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS! F45 Cayman turns 5 this Saturday, and we hope you can all join us at some point throughout the day! We will have classes as normal, with some local vendors in studio to showcase their services! A cake, obviously...and some prosecco/mimosas 🍾 It's Halloween (next day), so the classes will be dress-up themed. Best dressed in each class will win one month free! AND everyone that turns up on the day and either participates in class, or has a piece of cake, or both(!) will go into the draw to win a 5 month membership (for 5 years, get it?)! Your trainers will also be enjoying a (self proclaimed) well deserved team lunch, and welcome you all to join us for some afternoon drinks. Venue will be Bacaro, from 3pm onwards🍾🍷🍸🍹🍻

F45 Cayman has always been a proud supporter of the Breast Cancer Foundation. A cause so close to so many of us, we do our best to raise awareness and much needed funds each year. Despite not being able to host our Burpee Challenge this year (it will be back!), we continue to do our part to promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month! On Saturday 16 October, we hosted a special fundraising event in the studio where we encouraged members to wear pink and to make a donation when attending class. Across the 3 classes that were held, we were able to raise a total of CI$1054!!! A huge thank you to our awesome members for their ongoing support and generous donations. We were blown away by the engagement and amount raised in such a short amount of time! We have also been selling special Breast Cancer Awareness workout tops, and it has been great seeing so many members wearing these in classes! We have sold over 100 tops already, with 100% of the proceeds to be donated to @bcfcayman. We have a few large and extra large tops left, so if you would like to pick one up please DM us! Our efforts will continue until the end of the month, and beyond with money being raised throughout our next 45 Day Challenge which starts on 25 October and ends on 8 December. But our thoughts and prayers are always with the amazing survivors, and the inspirational warriors that continue to fight every day. Congratulations to everyone that completed Challenge 33 last week! As always, we have seen some AMAZING results which is not only testament to the effectiveness of the F45 45 Day Challenge, but also to the dedication of our members! Our winner of Challenge 33 is another previous winner. We are seeing a trend here, and maybe experience and knowing what to do and executing the plan plays a big part! A huge congratulations to Martin Thomas!!! Martin lost a phenomenal 25.4 pounds and 2.3% body fat! Congratulations Martin, we hope you enjoy your 1 night Staycation at the Kimpton 👏🏼 Next Challenge starts on 25 October, and gives you one more opportunity achieve some life changing results before the Christmas madness begins!

What an awesome morning! Brand new class SoCal was a huge hit, and so many members wearing pink for our Breast Cancer Awareness workout! We managed to raise $1054 just from donations today!!! We are totally blown away. A huge HUGE thank you to our amazing generous members 🙏 Everyone went into the draw for a free months membership, and our lucky winner is @johann.prinsloo! We have also nearly sold out of our fundraising tops - that's nearly 100 sold since Thursday night! 100% of the proceeds from these sales will be going straight to the @bcfcayman! We will also continue to collect donations until the end of the month. So we're not done yet! Thank you to everyone that turned up, that was a tough but fun workout! And thank you everyone for your support, we are so grateful!

Challenge 34 is almost here and this time we are switching it up by having team captains! Coach Scott will be supporting Movember and Coach Mikey will be supporting the Breast Cancer Foundation! How it works: Sign up in the studio and pick a team. For every member that attends a class during the challenge, we will donate $1 to that charity. To make things even more interesting, the winning captain gets to choose the style of facial hair the losing captain has to rock. Let the games begin 👀
