Oyster degustation in Napoli (Naples), Italy 🇮🇹 Was one of the food highlights of my trip & I really did eat my way through Italy.. 🤣🤤🦪🍕🍝🥂 @officinadelmarenapoli is the perfect spot to kill time before hopping on one of the ferries to Capri, Positano/Amalfi, Ischia or any of the other nearby islands. My friends & I ended up ordering 3 of these platters so we could all try one of each & make a list of which were our top three. I honestly had no idea how different oysters could taste until I tried half a dozen all at once. And these were so freaking good… My top 3 1. San Michele 2. Gillardeau (G stamped & apparently the Rolls Royce of oysters) 3. Belon Each oyster comes with an information card of its origin. Days off between charters- when your friends also flew in not even knowing if you would have those days off — these moments in life are more than precious. I booked this car, and as a chief stew does - I brought all the picnic necessities; the table cloth, the snacks and the vino. We then drove the car around Amalfi and had the best day. Then got called for a charter in a day so had to say goodbye.
