If you are going to get your first driving lesson, it might as well be in a golf cart and on the opposite side of the road, you know, to really set a solid foundation. The golf carts were a fun way to explore the 3 mile long cay of Kamalame, and even look for tailing bonefish in the back lagoon. Urban textures of Nassau. While the majority of the week was filled with aqua blue, crystal clear waters and amazing views, our first day included brilliant colors and textures of a different type. We had to stay in the city upon arrival, so we could catch the once a day 6:45am island hop over to Andros. Even though May is in sight, it’s currently blitzing, with nearly a foot of reservoir-filling snow expected here in the Central Rockies overnight. We’re grateful for the moisture, but aren’t going to lie and say we aren’t happy to be packing for a date with this flat later in the week, while watching the snow fall.
