Saturday’s Shape 🔥🔥🔥 Often times we allow external influences and unsolicited opinions to dictate how we feel about our bodies. And sometimes that self-shaming and negativity can come from within. Get out your head. Stop calling your self FAT. Stop saying I CAN’T, stop saying I will NEVER get there, stop looking around a room and thinking and saying negative things about other people. You are exactly where you’re suppose to be. Wether that be self-inflicted or a life altering situation that got you there. No it didn’t happen over night even if you had a car accident that left you on bed rest for months. No you didn’t have control over that situation but laying in that bed daily, and self sabotaging yourself by eating what you want because of the negative thoughts your having is your fault. You have control over what ingest and ultimately eating just because will only put you in an even worst predicament. Appreciate exactly were you are right now. NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. How can we expect to show gratitude for our health and bodies if we can’t appreciate where we are and the process it will take to get us there? You can’t learn to appreciate a body that you didn’t work for or your health that you took for-granted for the last 20 years, but take the next year to make daily lifestyle changes and we come to realize that we are the only person standing in our way of what we could potential become. What if we all knew exactly how much time we had left on the is earth would that change anything you do in your daily life? I hate to hear people talk down on themselves. Negative self talk can be the worst criticism. If you think and you say it, you are giving others the right to do the same. SPEAK LIFE AND POSITIVITY OVER YOURSELF AND OTHERS. Confess & pray over your body mind and spirit! “My body is aligned. All my organs, arteries, veins, nerves, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, blood vessels, and cells operate exactly how TMH GOD designed them to operate.” And while your praying make sure you’re taking your butt to the gym and eat clean. Faith without works is dead, so DO THE WORK!

Life Update: Working on my best self. Diet has been 80% #rawfruits and #rawveggies. YES I EAT A LOT OF FRUIT. NO I have not gained any fat from natural sugar. Sugar is carbon. Carbon is used for fueling the body. Fruits provided minerals and vitamins for the body. They also repair cells and clean the body like no other food. I have been juicing daily too. I have a Green Detox Juice daily which includes organic kale cilantro parsley cucumber apple ginger turmeric key lime and/or lemon and sometimes a prickly pear or pear. This juice is anti-inflammatory and great for detoxing the liver kidneys of heavy metals and toxins and other organs. I allow myself one cooked meal a day if I want. I no longer drink coffee or caffeine. It’s been over 2 months since I drank ☕️ I replaced ☕️ with my warm key lime water first thing in the morning (after flossing and oil pulling and brushing teeth) it gets the digestive system going, alkalizes and energizes the body. I don’t care about protein intake. Yes you heard me correctly. We intake far too much protein and at that the wrong protein sources (meat). I haven’t lost any muscle either. Why is that? Because fruits repair the body on a cellular level & plants have protein. Did you know the average woman only needs about 42g of protein? Or 10% of caloric intake coming from protein! Most people aren’t protein deficient but they are iron, calcium, magnesium, and/or folate deficient 🤔 Fruits are so powerful that you can’t replace them. Our bodies need them • • • • • • • I haven’t tracked macros in months. Can’t even remember the last time I have and I don’t plan to unless I’m in prep which isn’t happening any time soon. After years of tracking I know my portions very well and almost accurately. Making healthily food decisions is far more important than tracking (for me) Keep in mind just cause #IIFYM doesn’t mean it’s a healthy food option. READ YOUR LABELS. Stop intaking all these chemicals and hydrogenated oils 🤢🤮 They are killing us. I encourage you guys to eat as much fruit and raw veggies as you want. And eat less meat and dairy.
