I will always choose to invest in pieces that last a lifetime. Pieces I can wear over and over, and that outlast any trend. Our journey with health and fitness should be out of gratitude for what our body is capable of doing and fuelling it accordingly food wise. • When I started my journey with fitness I found myself wanting to manipulate my body through exercise and what I was eating, to achieve unrealistic expectations of what I thought was “healthy”. Nothing positive ever comes during this process, you simply become unhealthier both mentally and physically. • The sad thing is, social media almost normalises and encourages this behaviour. I've been to Italy four times now and it never gets old. It's one of those places that just has everything jampacked within a small area. Mountains, beaches, Tuscan landscapes, incredible cuisine, gorgeous architecture, entertaining people and a rich history. It's undoubtedly one of my favourite places. I've now seen most regions of Italy, but there's always more to see. Since I'll have been grounded in Australia for three years at this rate at least, I'm already hungrier than ever to see more. Most countries I've been to I wouldn't revisit, because there are too many other places I want to see. But I'll always return to Italy. Heading into the two month mark of Sydney lockdown, with even more restrictions kicking in today. Everyone in Sydney is now restricted to a 5km radius of their home. Looks like I'll be walking in many circles each day around the coast and parks that fall within my 5km. I'm so lucky to live where I do. DETAILS 💕✨ This dress from @callithelabel which I bought from @theiconicau comes with its own belt. Whilst I love the belt, it's a tad long for me & I'm yet to get a clear elastic to hold it in place 😅 In the meantime, I swapped it out for this belt I purchased from @sportsgirl - which was a steal as it was on sale for only $5!! 🤗 Also caught up with the lovely @youbynat & fellow stylist 💕 Was great to catch up with her again!
