Refugees Traveling on Road in 1947 Behind these travelers of India, lies the Juma Mosque of Delhi, one of the world's most beautiful temples, which has been turned into a refugee camp for Moslem victims of India's religious riots. Before them lies the equally filthy congested fort of Purana Qila, where 100,000 other refugees have huddled together for safety. These Moslem families, terrified by rumors that a Sikh Band was headed for the Mosque to murder Moslems during the night, trudge wearily toward the fort, on the outskirt of New Delhi.
