140 flowers ( 10 x 14 grid ) - the thing I’m enjoying the most doing at the moment ☺️ . I used a book as loosely reference (“flower colour guide” - Putnam & Putnam). I used acrylic gouache as base colours (Holbein) and colored pencils for details (Caran d’Ache luminance). . Swipe for some pictures I’ve taken along the process 🤗 . . #painting #paint #tinydrawing #mixedmedia #practice #artpost #mondaypost #grid

Something more about the process / swipe to see a picture or short video for each step. Let me know if you find it useful 🤗 - watercolor paper ( 27x35 cm ) divided into a grid 2x2 cm (12x16 squares) - I started filling every space with all the green elements / freehand - I added colors / flowers (until now I’ve used watercolors) - I painted other flowers using water soluble colored pencils - details: calligraphy white ink - erase when everything is dry / if you’re using the right support and supplies there shouldn’t be issues of bleeding 😉 . . . #drawingprocess #paintingprocess #artprocess #stepbystep #florals
