Lambing season is here 🐑 With over 70.000 sheeps, you are bound to see them jumping around in the grass this time of year. Every once in a while an ewe gets sick or dies and is unable to care for her lamb. In these cases locals step up and bottle feed the lamb until they can care for themselves. Many people become especially attached to the home lamb or “heimalamb” as we call them. But when autumn comes, there is no way about it. Mountain Peak or Pyramid? 🏔️ Seeing a view like this, it is no wonder some believe an Egyptian meaning is linked to the Faroe Islands.
