Welcome to the brilliant #VictorsWay in County #Wicklow 😯 Although it’s often described as creepy, this is wonderfully peaceful place designed to promote meditation and reflection 🧘‍♀️ Yes, some of the statues are fairly out there, but when you take the time to read the little information boards next to them you get a better sense of what the place is all about 📖 While this definitely isn’t a tourist attraction, if you’re looking to spend some time in a peaceful place while sauntering along a lovely 2km forest trail, this is worth considering! It’s €10 in and you can book tickets online! #theirishroadtrip

The best view in #Ireland? 🤔 It’s up there, anyway! 😦 Here’s what to expect if you land up at #GeokaunMountain on Kerry’s #ValentiaIsland when the weather’s fine….. it’s just something else! 😯😯 #Ireland #theirishroadtrip #wildatlanticway

The #CahaPass - a mighty little section of the #RingOfBeara route that’ll make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time thanks to its hand cut tunnels 😮😮 Have you tipped along this road yet? Let us know below! #theirishroadtrip #ireland #wildatlanticway

Priest’s Leap in #WestCork - a strong contender for the scariest ‘road’ to spin along in #Ireland 😬😬😬 Here’s a look at what it’s like to drive! #TheIrishRoadTrip

The road that leads to the sea 🚙🌊 This is the spin down to the glorious #ClogherStrand on the #DinglePeninsula 🗺️📍 It’s a beaut of a beach but don’t let the tropical looking water fool you - you can’t swim here due to dangerous currents 🛑 However, it’s a lovely spot for a stroll and many that do the #SleaHeadDrive miss it so it tends to be much quieter than some of the other beaches around this corner of the peninsula 💪 Have you been here? If so, what did you think? #TheIrishRoadTrip

If you’re visiting #Killarney this summer, make sure to carve out some time to visit the magnificent #MuckrossAbbey in the National park 😍 It began its life in 1448 as a Franciscan friary and it was destroyed and rebuilt many times during its life 🔥 Arguably it’s most striking feature is located in the abbey’s central courtyard - it’s here that you’ll find an ancient yew tree surrounded by a vaulted cloister 🌲 Tag someone that needs to join you here! #TheIrishRoadTrip

This is what it looks like if you conquer Mayo’s #CroaghPatrick on a clear day at golden hour 😯😯😯 It’s hard to bate that view out over #ClewBay and beyond 😍 Tag someone that needs to tackle this hike with you this summer! Video with thanks to @meet_the_mournes #TheIrishRoadTrip

An Irish beach that could go toe-to-toe with some of Europe’s finest 😯 A virtual 🍻 to the first person that guesses where it is (hint - these are the Minaun Cliffs that you can see hanging over the golden sand) 🧗‍♀️ Rep with thanks to @studio81drone #TheIrishRoadTrip

“Visit the #CliffsOfMoher in the summer. Weather should be grand”….. ☔️☂️🌂 Although the scenery is still impressive, Moher is a pox of a place to be when the rains batin’ down ☔️ and you’re getting lashed out of it from every angle by the wind! Did you visit when it was grand and dry or were you poured on? 👁️ #TheIrishRoadTrip

The magnificent #DunBriste at #DownpatrickHead truly is a sight to behold 😮 You’ll find it along the very overlooked #NorthMayoCoast, a place where the scenery is wild, rugged and unspoiled 🗻 Nearby you’ll find the ancient #CeideFields, the beautiful #MulletPeninsula and endless walks and hikes 🚶🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ Tag someone that needs to join you here!
