🐠 Something new 🐠 As an amigurumi designer, I'm always striving to bring new ideas to life - be it a unique body construction, a captivating pose, or intricate details. Today, I'm thrilled to share with you a creation that fills me with pride - Angus the Anglerfish! 💙🐠 When the idea of crafting an anglerfish took hold of my imagination, I knew I wanted to make it truly one-of-a-kind. Visualizing an open mouth with fearsome teeth, I embarked on a challenging journey. Let me tell you, it wasn't a walk in the park! 🤯 Countless hours were spent experimenting with various body constructions until I finally achieved the desired outcome. And here's the exciting part - I'm already immersed in another captivating project! 😍🔜 This time, my aim is to create yet another amigurumi with an open mouth (fingers crossed 🤞). It's a work in progress, so I can't reveal it just yet. But stay tuned, because I'm eagerly looking forward to sharing it with all of you soon! 🎊🎁 #amigurumay #amigurumay2023 #amigurumi #amigurumilove #amigurumidoll #amigurumiaddict #amigurumitoys #crafts #makersgonnamake #haken #yarn #yarnaddict #instacrochet #crochetersofinstagram #amigurumist #amigurumis #crocheting #yarnwave #handmade #fish #anglerfish #patternrelease #crochetpattern #amigurumipattern #yarnlove #yarnandcolours

🐢 Happy World Turtle Day! 🎉 I just realized that I've never made an amigurumi turtle before, so I decided to introduce my adorable Sam the Seahorse to these cute turtles I created using Hama beads! 🐢🌟 I absolutely love pixel art and couldn't resist trying it out myself. I even bought a Hama bead kit for my daughter, but ended up getting hooked on it too. These little turtles turned out so cute, I can't help but share them with you all! 😍💚 Let's celebrate these amazing creatures and their fascinating world today. Wishing you a shell of a good time on this special day! 🐢💕 #amigurumay #amigurumay2023 #amigurumi #crochet #pattern #patterns #amigurumipattern #crochetpattern #amigurumipatterns #crochetpatterns #WorldTurtleDay #AmigurumiTurtle #PixelArtLove #HamaBeadsCreations #teether #teething #rattle #babyrattle #babytoy #babytoys #amigurumirattle

🐘 Procrastination 🐘 Confession time! 🙈✂️ When it comes to my amigurumi projects, I've become a master at creative distractions. Instead of diving straight into crocheting, I find myself lost in a world of shape-making and construction contemplation. 🤔💭 I quickly grab a book or dive into a video game when I'm stuck. But fear not, my WIP is always in sight, reminding me of my crafty ambitions! 😅🔍 Sure, it may hinder my productivity at times, but I can't help but appreciate the bursts of inspiration that strike when I least expect them. 💡🌟 When that idea hits, I become completely obsessed with my work and nothing else matters. So here's to the beautiful chaos of my creative process and the occasional detours it takes me on! 🎉🎨 Whether I'm brainstorming new amigurumi designs or getting lost in the pages of a book or video game, I'm learning to embrace the ebb and flow of productivity. 🌊

🦎 Outdoors 🦎 Usually I take pictures indoors in my little desk studio. However, sometimes it is so nice to take my creations outside, especially to my favourite forest. 🌳
Recently, I shared a photo of my Red Iguana. Today, I'm excited to show you my other creation: the Grand Cayman Blue Iguana. I made this amigurumi for the @amigurumidotcom endangered animals design contest and proudly secured third place 🥰✨ I am still so proud of this creation, it is one of my favourites. ❤️ #amigurumay #amigurumay2023 #amigurumi #amigurumilove #amigurumidoll #amigurumiaddict #amigurumitoys #crafts #makersgonnamake #haken #yarn #yarnaddict #instacrochet #crochetersofinstagram #amigurumist #amigurumis #crocheting #yarnwave #handmade #iguana #yarnlove #blueiguana

🍰 Something sweet 🍰 One of my daughter's favourite games is organizing birthday parties for her beloved stuffed animal friends. Inspired by her enthusiasm, today I decided to throw a little party myself. It’s been four years since I started my journey as an amigurumi designer and it’s been such a wonderful time. To make the occasion even more special, I borrowed a slice of her toy cake and invited three enchanting fantasy amigurumi that I had designed ❤️ #amigurumay #amigurumay2023 #amigurumi #amigurumilove #amigurumidoll #amigurumiaddict #amigurumitoys #crafts #makersgonnamake #haken #yarn #yarnaddict #instacrochet #crochetersofinstagram #amigurumist #amigurumis #crocheting #yarnwave #handmade #unicorn #babyunicorn #magical #fantasy #unicorns #dragon #babydragon #createdwithlove #yarnwave #yarnlove #yarnandcolors #scheepjes

🌊 Ocean or forest 🌳 My answer is forest! 🌳🌿🍃🐞 I’m passionate about forests and adore creating forest amigurumi animals. Meet Igee the Red Iguana - my favorite creation. Its vibrant colors look so good among trees and moss. 🌳🍃 Being in nature inspires my creativity, and I aim to honor its beauty through my creations.
