The last time I could do this, I think I was 12… I’ve wanted to get it back, I’ve been rolling into it to try and give myself some momentum (cheating lol) but the past few months I’ve been trying this way and failing every time. I didn’t know if I could get it, but I sure knew that I wanted to… and boy oh boy it felt good when I finally did 🥹 I still fail most attempts even now that i’ve done it, but I’m working toward getting stronger and building consistency! All that to say, keep going. Much love! #Athlete #Coach #Challenge #WorkoutMotivation #PressHandstand #GrowingUp

I’m in a sports law class reading about all the lawsuits against the NCAA as their wrongdoings against student-athletes and it made me nostalgic 😂 + I miss @clare.mcnamara 💗 Ok I guess I might miss it a little 🤭🥹 #NCAA #Michigan #UniversityOfMichigan #StudentAthlete #GoBack #UMich #Big10

Now that’s a day well spent ☺️ It’s fun to film when I cook, or when I do my skills, but feels so silly to film while I study lol - Ethan came over and said “ready, ACTION” and I lost it 😂 How are you all spending your Sunday? #DayInTheLife #California #Student #WorkLifeBalance #LawStudent

Handstand surfaces make a difference! If given the choice to do a handstand on flat ground OR a handstand on a ledge like this - I pick the ledge! Much like handstand blocks, this allows you some extra push back and control through your hands/fingers to get better balance. Give it a try & let me know what you think! 🎥: @wagnerethan at @nyahotelcr + @visit_costarica #Handstand #HandstandSecret #Tutorial #Challenge #Athlete #OnlineCoach #Adventure
