Thank god we made it out safely! Craziest experience in my life from pitch black with zero visibility, running through air bottles, hell-like heat, search & rescue, forcing panic doors, climbing on the roof of Walmart! No training could ever simulate this, but it sure did get me ready!… and after 12+ hours we finally got to go back to the station and to rest! - Hold your love ones tight, don’t take the little things for granted. Life is way to short & now I know exactly what that feels like! - ❤️👨🏽‍🚒FF Latu

C’mon @barbie let’s go party Happy Birthday Rhy💕

Emery played her 💚 out in the OKC championship game! I am so proud of her, and to watch her grow with every practice and game. Basketball is a tough sport to learn and constantly be moving. She is dedicated and wants to be better, do better and get better! Emery is a kind, loving, silly, soft hearted sensitive emotional girl. So to FINALLY see this side of Emery come out 👏🏻👏🏻 was awesome! I hope this game showed her she can do ALL the things and her gave her CONFIDENCE ⬆️⬆️ a boost! Dad couldn’t make it to watch in person but made this cool highlight!!

2023 Latu camp was one to remember! Each year I’m giving more back to the youth, making a stand in the city for the generations to come! There isn’t a ceiling when your heart is involved! Love all of you that supported me & my wife @oh_mrslatu looking forward to next year in the new gym @profitnesslubbock @benchristian_profit Always for the kids!

I just want to take the time to thank these local companies & businesses for their partnership in my youth football camp! Lubbock TX deserves the best & you guys exceeded all of my expectations. I’m also Grateful and honored to have the support in the community to give back to the YOUTH! Looking forward to building the future the right way, ONE LOVE 🤙🏾
