Eight hour wear test of the new @makeupforever HD Skin Hydra Glow Foundation. As many of you know, I prefer my base on the natural glowy side, and this foundation delivers that. It’s liquid so if you don’t have dry skin, I would definitely set it with powder to prevent settling and more shine. I didn’t look super greasy at the end of the day and most importantly didn’t feel the foundation on my skin. I prefer this personally for me over their original HD Skin. I was honestly skeptical about the new @milkmakeup Jelly Stains. When I first touched them they stained my fingers, so I thought that they would be too intense and not easy to work with. I picked up two shades in Spritz and Splash and both look so nice on the cheeks! Easy to blend and actually sheer but buildable. Just don’t drop them because they will stain everything 😆. I’m hoping they will release more shades because the formula is 👌🏻 sheer and actually sets so I’m guessing it will wear well even in summer. Can confirm that the blush lasted all day! @glossier released new Cloud Paint Bronzers! If you like liquid or cream makeup as me, you will love these. They are sheer but buildable and look very natural on the skin. I like that they released both neutral and warm toned bronzers. I prefer a warm toned bronzer in summer but wear more neutral toned bronzer in the colder months. Lip swatches of the new @tower28beauty Lip Softie tinted lip balms. These have a thinner formula but it’s still hydrating enough even for winter time. The closest to them I think are the Saltair tinted balms. They both have shea butter in the formula but T28 has jojoba oil instead of coconut oil. I personally prefer wearing a skin tint over foundation if I don’t have a special occasion. One skin tint that I will forever repurchase ( I’ve already repurchased three times) is the @summerfridays Skin tint. Both the light coverage and natural finish just work for my normal/combo skin so well. I also haven’t broken out from it or got any clogged pores. The shade 4 is my perfect shade!
