Portuguese South African Emergency Medicine doctor working in Cape Town. This is me hiking up the famous Lions Head mountain in Cape Town. Breath taking views over both the city and the Atlantic Ocean. Who said doctors were all boring an conventional anyways. Portuguese blood may run through my veins but I have an African heart and soul.
