A healthy crunchy fruit and nut salad that is sweet and sour with the perfect citrus dressing. I have added raw organic honey to the dressing to make it sweet within each bite. The pumpkin seeds adds a lovely crunch and the lettuce leaves acts as a taco to hold everything together in each bite. The salad is easy to put together and totally addictive. Cannot wait for the mandarin and fig season to be back!
