10 years since i switched to a whole plant based diet and i am still waiting for all the vitamin and protein deficiencies to kick in!😁 joking aside, i couldnt be more grateful. I was never sick again since then. Meaning i have never enjoyed my life more than now. Seriously, i wake up every day feeling better than yesterday and ready to enjoy a whole new amazing day. That is why its essential to have a sustainable diet and workout plan and..: - 🚫 Never fill your body up with empty or low kcals and fiber foods 🚫 Never avoid Cardio. Cardio is essential for our health 🚫 Never rush anything. - ✅ Eat whole plant based foods, drink water or unsweetened tea and avoid processed foods. ✅ Move your body everyday. Train, run, swim do whatever you like to do and keep your body moving. Working out is essential for our health, dont be lazy! ✅ Eat, drink and train right is a lifetime commitment - not a temporary commitment! Enjoy the process and the never ending results coming your way.
