Spinach pesto Ingredients: 2 cups spinach 1 cup fresh basil ½ cup almonds 1/4 cup pine nuts 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 - 3/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Lemon Directions: Process ingredients except the olive oil on a food processor until blended. Drizzle in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with @eatbanza New bowtie chickpea pasta, roasted tomatoes and garlic. Also paired with baked organic chicken breast seasoned with Italian seasoning ✨

Our go to dinner last night— a classic but a goodie 😍🙌🏼 Baked ITALIAN chicken breast, grillled asparagus, zucchini, garlicky mushrooms and avocado 👌🏼 Tonight Im making buffalo chicken wings for the Thursday night NFL football game. More on stories! ❤️ Good evening everybody ❤️ . . Baked organic chicken breast (Season breasts with @kouzinifoods Italian seasoning + dash sea salt. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 163F. Pair with crispy zucchini rounds and asparagus (season with salt + pepper and Italian seasoning. Cook on a hot pan for a few), + garlicky mushrooms, avocado -+ @primalkitchenfoods ranch dressing drizzle. Enjoy!

The coziest Fall SWEET POTATO CRANBERRY PILAF 😍🍁 A delicious, nourishing, sweet, and savory dish packed with quinoa, sprouted brown rice, sweet potato, cranberries, pecans + spinach made in a single (crock) pot! 👏🏼 Gluten-free, vegan friendly and super easy to make! Hope you all enjoy 🧡🍁 . . 1 cup @lundbergfarms sprouted brown rice (basmati also works) 1 cup @iheartkeenwah quinoa 1 sweet potato, cubed 2 handfuls @organicgirl baby spinach 1/4 onion ½ cup dried cranberries ½ cup chopped pecans 1 cup of @bonafideprovisions chicken bone broth 1 1/4 cups water 1/3 cup @primalkitchenfoods balsamic dressing 1 tablespoon garlic ½ tablespoon thyme Salt and pepper to taste . Directions: 1. In a crockpot or pot, sauté onions and garlic. 2. Stir in rice and quinoa. 3. Add water, bone broth and all ingredients except balsamic dressing, spinach and the pecans. 4. If using a @crockpot express crock, cook on rise/risotto settings for 20 minutes. If using a pot follow packing instructions (usually about 30 minutes) 4. Fluff with a fork, add spinach, pecans and balsamic dressing to your liking. Enjoy!😘

Warm batch of PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP OATMEAL BARS to start the week 🎃🙌🏼🍫 I’ve already made two batches of these pumpkin-y, cozy, hearty, and delicious bars in the past two days!! One for my co-workers and the other for us to snack on 👏🏼 Gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and delish ✨ Happy Monday everybody 🧡 . . 2 cups gluten free rolled oats 1 cup pumpkin purée 1 cup almond milk 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon flax meal + 3 tablespoon water) or regular egg ⅓ cup @wholefoods maple syrup or honey 1 teaspoon @primalpalate pumpkin spice 1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder ⅓ cup chopped pecans @lilys_sweets chocolate chips . Directions: Preheat oven 350. Mix wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add as many chocolate chips as you’d like. Bake on an 8x8 or 9x9 baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Baked 42-45 minutes. Slice and enjoy with a little @wild_friends peanut butter for extra deliciousness 😍

Shredded Taco Chicken 2 @Butcher_box chicken breasts ½ onion, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1 jalapeño ( optional) 2 cups @bonafideprovisions chicken bone broth 1/2 tablespoon @primalpalate taco seasoning 1 teaspoon cumin Salt and pepper. Directions: Sauté onions, bell pepper and jalapeño with a little @primalkitchenfoods avocado oil on SAUTEE/BROWN setting in @crockpot express crock. Sauté for a minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on POULTRY setting (30 min)if you’re in a pinch for time or use the SLOW cooker setting. . Remove from the chicken from crock, and shred using two forks. Pour the sauce over the too.
