London Sugar Rush 🎈 those pictures sum up my desserts experiences. Chin chan marshmallow hot chocolate and Tiramisu were the best. I would really recommend giving this place a try. Hotel chocolate was good ( average experience). As for the soft serve , i am a coffee & ice-cream lover so i would definitely go for it , they also offer other options. The fish waffle with matcha ice cream is from china town, a random Chinese bakery. The cupcakes are from noting hill market❤ comment desserts places you want me try in london

Recipe to serve 6 This Can be served with steam rice , couscous or quinoa and vegetables 🌽 🌶 Ingredients: 2 tbs of vegetable oil or Peanut oil 6 Lamb shanks around half kilo each 2 cups of chopped-yellow onions 2 garlic gloves 2 Tbs tomato paste mixed with water 4 cups of chicken stock / u can replace it with water 2 dried bay leaves 1 Tbs of chopped fresh thyme 1 cup of unsweetened smooth peanut butter 2 tbs of fish Sauce STEPS: Heat the oil in a large saucepan , season the lambs with salt and pepper, Brown them well on all sides around 8 mins, set aside on a plate, you can add more oil Use the same pan to brown the onions, reduce the heat add the garlic , tomato sauce and cook for 7-10 minuets Then add the stocks, raise the heat and bring to boil , reduce the heat and add bay leaves , thyme , salt & pepper. Then slowly add the peanut butter 2 spoons at a time , stir constantly to dissolve it in the liquid Now , its the time to return the shanks to the pot , press them down and add the fish sauce bring to boil , reduce the heat and simmer Cover and cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes then uncover the pot and continue cooking until the sauce is thick. Remove the bay leaves skim the fat and serve with a side dish of rice 🍚 I was introduced to this recipe in my cooking class , inspired by Gordon Ramsay

Recipe: Not an easy one ! Note as always when cooking rice, you need twice liquid as the quantity of rice And add seafood according to how long it needs to cook - squid goes last Try to use atleast one or two kinds of the seafood fresh Ingredients: Olive oil / 1 large onion chopped /1 large red pepper diced /3-4 garlic gloves thinly sliced 1 tbsp of smoked paprika /400 skinless and boneless chicken thighs / 500 g OF PAELLA RICE U CAN USE (ARBORIO ITALIAN RISOTTO) I didn’t use dry wine . But u can /1 liter of hot chicken stock/ Generous pinch of saffron strands/400g ( one tin of chopped tomatoes) 300 gram of king prawns ( raw u can use with or without heads)/24 mussles ( you can find it frozen ) / 300 gram of squid /One pack of peas or less ( taste preference) A lot of Black pepper and sea salt Add lemon juice at the end and mix For presentation Chopped parsley 2 lemons cut into wedges 1. heat the olive oil in a large frying pan add the onion and red pepper saute for 2-3 minuets add then the garlic 2. Cut the chicken thighs into pieces and season with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan to fry for few mints over high heat STIR FREQUENTLY 3. ADD THE RICE stir for 3 minuets add the chicken stock then add the saffron ( a good portion) and then the tomatoes( add salt and pepper to season) 4. After 10 min , put the mussels and prawns into the top for 5 min then add the squid , peas and cook for 3 minuets 5. All the liquids must be absorbed , put off the heat cover with foil for 10 minuets 6. If you want to have some seafood on the top , fry them in a separate pan and add them at the end in the serving dish 7.
