Its 2020 in 3 months, have you accomplished everything you want ☀️? - It’s crazy to me to think I started as a client just wanting to lose weight, lost 55lbs now and now get to travel the world, meet new people & grow as a mentor ✨ - Personally, I tend to get caught up trying to be better and better everyday and many days I feel like I could have done more. Bootcamp today @ 7pm 🔥 I used to be so scared to actually go to the gym or even participate in gym class. I was scared my weaknesses would outdo my efforts and I wouldnt be able to do anything. - I started with Zumba and slowly increased my cardio and confidence and then started taking more advanced classes 🏋️‍♀️ - Fast forward 5 years later and I’m coaching the high level bootcamps & participating with my clients helping them push through and never give up ❤️ That’s p o w e r f u l ✨
