I normally do whatever they did on yesterday but they didn’t do bricks & I do bricks on Wednesdays if they don’t do them earlier in the week. I just went & found a brick class to do this am! I have two upper body and two lower body days during the week so bricks help me out with that! Tired & sore this am but I’m here & when you push through on those days that’s when you make the most progress!! I have decreased my am procrastination this week & I believe that’s simply bc I put it into the atmosphere as one of the things I wanted to work on this week! 30 Mins into the workout.... Shayon: We JUST got started 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 THE LIESSSSS!!! Class does the move for over a minute! Shayon: Starts music over! Now let’s do it the Effect Fitness way! Sir why did you wait so long to stop us?? Right leg forward, left leg, 2 step, high knees.... you can’t tell me this isn’t performing arts!! 🤨🤨🤨 My hamstrings, hips & thighs are on FIRE from those squats on Sunday so I was happy to see some upper body work! Listen, after throwing around 3lb & 10lb weights trust me your upper body is going to CHANGE! If you do it consistently you will sew results! It doesn’t have to be super heavy weight to change your body you just have to be CONSISTENT! There is our word for the week again... BE CONSISTENT!! Only those of you that actually read the captions will catch this but I paused the breast cancer order bc people were going to get me about these MeVsMe tops! I will upload the preorders for the long sleeve shirts, hoodies & crew neck sweaters TODAY! It’s Monday & I wanted to drag my feet but I jumped up telling myself that I will not procrastinate this week! That has been my biggest issue with working out at home! I take my precious time getting downstairs & that’s unacceptable! I will do better this week 🥴🥴🥴 Last night on my Sunday Live we discussed putting in the atmosphere what we will be consistent with this week! If you didn’t have a chance to join us take the time to write it under this post so that a great group of individuals can help hold you accountable! Out of all of the things that I do I believe that the fact that I do them consistently is why I have made progress!!! What will you consistently do this week? First and foremost if my butt doesn’t grow I’m calling the police 👮‍♀️ on Dooley!! We did 3,000 squats this am! 😩😩😩 Sunday starts my week but I normally shoot for something LIGHT & I’m it sure why my mind told me to attend Sunday Service!! The Grind Includes Friday! I haven’t been showing my strength training that I do after Effect but I was listening to Eric this am & he always gets me together so I decided to share! Self reflection is super important so make sure you’re implementing it daily!!! We made it to the end of the week & the AM CREW has been super consistent this week. You might think that I don’t notice but I am very familiar with the handles that communicate with me under my posts all of the time. I SEE YOU!! 😉 You’re holding me accountable and you don’t even know it... I appreciate it!! I will rest this afternoon & trust me I earned it!!! Happy Friday!! It’s Push Through Thursday & it’s going to take a PUSHHHHHH but we can do it!!! Looks like the class from yesterday was crazzzzzzyyy 🥴🥴🥴 I honestly had no idea that they were holding the weights & the arm band until I had already completed a few moves! I did eventually pick them up & couldn’t wait to put them DOWN!!!! That wasn’t fun at all!!! The leg band on the feet is really a game changer. The burn that I feel in my hips & thighs 🥴🥴🥴 Dooley said “It’s money on the Flo TUH DAY!!” 😂😂😂 It’s Baby Friday..... drink your water, feed your body well, feed your spirit well & have an amazing day on purpose!!! AM CREW BE THE EXAMPLE!!! 🗣🗣🗣

Not sure if you all remember but once upon a time we could go live & record at Effect until people started stealing the sauce.... but they don’t have the recipe so it will never be the same! 😉 Anyway it became against the law to record at Effect but FB showed me this live from last summer she it was right at 30 mins so I did that workout this am! Research has shown that SHAYON was NUTS then & he’s still NUTS!!! I showed you a few clips from last year compared to today! I would always stand close to him at the gym praying that he wouldn’t notice me!!! 🥴🥴🥴🥴 It’s Hump Day y’all MAKE IT COUNT!!!! AM CREWWWWW 🗣🗣🗣🗣

#TransformationTueaday We are all approaching this lifestyle in different ways & that’s ok bc none of us are the same! We are uniquely made & what works for one person might not work for the next person. I have been in a position where weight loss was my goal but now it’s all about maintaining what I have already dropped. Those last two after pics are from about 7 years ago and I’m not far from either one of them today! That’s what makes me happy! I can’t stress enough about not getting too comfortable bc when you do there is an opportunity for the OLD YOU to try & take over! It’s not a one and done type of thing with this lifestyle you truly have to be prepared to do this for the rest of your life! It takes one level to get it off and an entirely different level to keep it off!! Lastly, it doesn’t matter how you do it but whatever you do be CONSISTENT!! We consistently do what we know is bad for us yet we struggle to consistently do what we know is good for us!! If you learn nothing else from me, learn to BE CONSISTENT bc you owe it to yourself!! SN: GIANTS do fall! I say these THUNDA THIGHS are heavy now but babyyyyyyyy they are not as heavy as they were!! 🥴🥴🥴🥴 Small Wins!!!!

You won’t FEEL like doing this daily.... trust me on that! I didn’t FEEL like doing it this am but I’m always reminded of a workout that I did with my buddy @mikebradshawsr & he was acting as if I was trying to get into the army 🥴🥴 I started telling him how I was feeling & he kindly looked up at me as said “Feelings Don’t Matter!” While that was so mean to say at the time I get it! If I only showed up when I felt good I probably wouldn’t show up much! Showing up for yourself isn’t easy work but you’re worth it! Push through all of those feelings & make something happen for YOU!! I did this workout before & it still kicked my butt! There is always room for improvement!!! AM CREW we WILL end 2020 STRONG!! 🗣🗣🗣

DOOLEY IS NUTS!!! How do you get up on a Monday and just go crazy like that? All has no brakes!!! Last night on live someone asked me how can you tone your legs w/o going to the gym? Ummmm hear me when I say that there is no better workout that a body weight workout! Picking up and putting down your own body weight is no joke!!! Look at what they have us doing with our body weight.... GYM FOR WHAT??? 🤷🏾‍♀️ Remember it’s really not what you do but it’s what you do consistently!! AM CREWWW THIS IS NOT A DAY OFF!! LEGOOOOO!!!🗣🗣🗣

Listen....... Sat/Sun are my active test days but this Effect workout went totally against that today!!! 🥴🥴🥴 I didn’t get a chance to do the class live bc I wanted to hit the farmers market early so I did it after they finished. SAME DERN PAIN!!!! At one point Dooley said “In Jesus Name!” 🥴🥴🥴 He did scream the motto tho Nothing Works But Work!! We did everything & I was surprised every time he said pick up that such & such..... I stated fasted throughout this workout & will remain fasted until I finish my run! I normally benefit from fasted cardio/fasted workouts Mon-Sun!! Happy Saturday y’all!!!
