no equipment leg day! apparently mac wanted us to do a band workout instead 🤷🏻♀️ by @meganseibolt complete each exercise for 45-50 seconds & rest for 10-15 seconds (remainder of the minute) & then go to the next exercise, unless there’s another side to do, then do that first. Can You Lose Weight With ONLY Home Workouts? 🏠🤷♀️ You’ll notice quite a few videos we share here are a mix of gym and home workouts. However, we’ve seen an undercurrent in the industry wondering if it’s even possible to lose weight with only home workout.💪🏼 For some reason, there is a stigma that just doing home workouts is not enough to lose weight. If you’ve been following us for awhile, you know that is NOT the case. Home workouts can be just as rigourous and fat blasting as those done in the gyms!✅ Some of our favorite workout types to do are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and circuit style training. So long as you have adequate space and roughly 30 or more minutes, you can get very similar results at home as you can in the gym. For those of you who don’t feel completely comfortable in the gym, home workouts are a great alternative for you!😉 It’s why all the workouts in our new Transformation program can be done at home!
