Hereโ€™s a wonderful easy 5 ingredient Cheesecake recipe with pistachio and raspberry, this is a super tasty, with the benefit of being a healthier version than the traditional as we use nuts and dates as the base and we do use some cashew nuts to give it a higher fibre cheesecake layer. This is so good and easy to make and only uses 5 ingredients. We do add some freeze-dried raspberries and pistachio to this recipe to give it brunch like taste.
