Making the most of the beautiful autumnal colours in the Cotswolds 🍂 So for any of you who don’t know, we recently got a car and honestly it has made such a difference to us and the amount we’re able to explore the beautiful English countryside 😍 I don’t know if anyone else has felt the same, but being inside the same four walls for a long period in London, avoiding the train/tube as much as you can, really had us feeling a bit trapped sometimes! So getting out into some gorgeous scenery and exploring one of my favourite places has just been such a treat 🌳🍁 I hope you’ve all had a wonderful weekend ✨💛
Most people think that once you have achieved a certain thing, that only then you will ‘be’ a certain way. For example… once I reach this level in my business, then I’ll be confident & showing up as a badass. Or, once I have a house this size, then I’ll be happy. So many of us get stuck on this hamster wheel in life, thinking that you’ll only be happy/have what you want when you do or have a certain thing. The truth is, you already have everything you need inside you to be however you want to be. And actually, when you start to appreciate what you already have and show up right NOW as the badass that you are - magically, things will start to fall into place. ✨ When you show up as the happiest, most confident, most badass version of yourself right NOW, you will attract more of that - and things will start to magnetically flow into your life. 🚀 SO I challenge you - put on your suit of armour every morning and go for it - show up as the absolute badass that you are and watch how things shift around you 💪🏼💛 @the.healthy.blonde #glowupyourlife
After the bumpy ride 2020 has been for all of us so far, and given that it’s World Mental Health Day, I thought I would start a #glowupchallenge! Working on my mental health and wellbeing has really helped me throughout this year, so I thought it might be fun to do this as a challenge that others can join in with too! Let’s end 2020 in the best way that we can! For the rest of October, November and December I will be doing the following to improve my health, mindset, fitness, skin and energy levels: 1. Exercise 3x a week 🏃🏼♀️ 2. Daily greens shot (I do this daily to help my gut health and skin/nails - if you want to join in, DM me! #greenglow) 🥑🥝 3. Yoga/stretches for 10 mins every morning 4. Practice affirmations and gratitude every day 5. Meditate daily 🧘♀️ 6. Read 10 pages of a book every day 📚 7. Listen to 30 mins of a good audio/podcast every day to learn new things I know that doing these things every day will make a huge difference to how I feel - I do a lot of these things anyway (apart from the yoga!) but having some accountability always helps 💪🏼 Let me know if you want to join in the #glowupchallenge!! snickerdoodle cookie protein 🍪 the cosiest, snuggliest, warming (even though it’s cold 🤣) protein recipe you will find (I totes can’t take all the credit though - thanks @arbonne for sharing!) anyone who watches my stories will know that I actually can’t stop drinking these haha - so I thought I’d share the recipe with you! 🤍 - 1 cup ice - 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein (I use @arbonne protein for max creaminess) - 1 banana - 1 tsp almond butter - 400ml ish almond milk - 1 tsp vanilla essence - 1 tsp ground cinnamon … literally tastes like autumn cosiness in a cup. 🍂 @the.healthy.blonde #glowupyourlife

Taking action is the best route to feeling empowered. I literally used to have times when I would sit in complete and utter fear, resisting doing the stuff I really needed to do to get closer to where I wanted to be in my business. It was complete and utter self sabotage, and it used to make me feel so disempowered. But the thing I have really learnt is that taking action is the best way to conquer fear, even if it feels like the last thing you want to do. Taking action builds you up and triggers an upward spiral of empowerment, because you do the stuff that you said you were going to do, and it feels amazing! At my lowest times this has literally meant writing out a list of very basic things, like making the bed, making a phone call, cleaning my flat. Start small. Each time you tick something off your to-do list, no matter how small, you will feel empowered and realise how capable you are. It will fill you up and show you that you have absolutely got this! It can be so easy on a daily basis to choose what is easy over what is right. What do I mean by that? Well… how about snoozing the alarm instead of jumping out of bed to do a workout? Or putting off something important because you’re tired or just don’t feel like it? 😴 The truth is, in doing that you’re actually training yourself to stay stuck where you are. You’re manifesting you staying as the person who does what’s easy rather than what’s right. You know deep down what it is that you need to do to get to where you want to go. 🚀 So - my message to you is to lean in to the stuff that’s uncomfortable. Do it anyway, even if it’s not the easy option. Lean in to becoming the best, most vibrant version of yourself. Growth can be uncomfortable but it’s sure as hell worth it. Time spent with my Dad earlier this week. It meant so much getting to spend some time with him after 7 months of not seeing him! He’s one of my greatest role models in life - full of wisdom, great advice, and most of all he’s taught me that in life you have to have focus, be kind and fair, and work hard to get to where you want to go in life. BUILDING VISION // How often do you think about where you want to get to in life and what it will look like? ✨One of the key things I have learnt since starting my business is that vision is so important. It’s what gives you purpose and direction and it’s what pulls you through the more difficult days. Your vision should be so meaningful to you that it stirs emotion inside of you, gets you inspired and feeling excited about the future. 🙌🏼 My favourite thing to do to practice strengthening my vision and keeping it alive every single day is having a vision board. I made this for my laptop desktop and I also have one on my phone. As part of my morning routine, I go through my vision board and I visualise having those things, I picture my life being that way and I allow myself to feel how I will feel having accomplished my goals. Most people need evidence that something works before they decide to do it. The sad thing is, this is what stops SO MANY PEOPLE from following their dreams. That and a lack of belief in themselves.
