SAME BODY-DIFFERENT POSE. 👉🏽I am just about to share something that only the closest people know. 👀For about 4 years now I have been struggling with digestive issues. Not being able to consume dairy, gluten or any food that is difficult to digest(lentils,cauliflower,beans etc) without having a painful reaction. After various doctor appointments (that we’re not helpful) I self diagnosed the symptoms with IBS(Irritable bowel Syndrom). Many people think this is a joke but it is a serious condition and more and more people are suffering with similar problems due to the highly processed foods/ trans fats/ GMO’s that damage your intestinal linings. Mostly after I eat, my stomach bloats up like a pregnant belly 🤰🏼and hurts like someone would stab knifes in it. ⚔️Hence, I feel very self conscious about it. In my opinion SM is great place to inspire each other , however, we mostly are bombarded with irrational content that does not promote a healthy view on life. We are all so unique and no one is perfect. That does not exist! Love yourself the way you are- for who you are & know that at the end we are all just one. #samebodydifferentpose #samebodydifferentposechallenge
