Happy Sunday 🧡 I shared that I’m in a really peaceful place in my life and it’s so true. I’ve felt so truly happy from the inside, out. In large part due to incorporating meditating into my spiritual practice. I’ve been starting my day with 5 minutes of “me” time. I close my eyes, inhale positive thoughts & exhale negative ones. I visualize what will come to me throughout my day and what I want to. Before I know it, the 5 minutes are gone and my whole day is set with intention. Wanted to share a powerful quote that set my amazing Sunday- “The more you use the power within you, the more power you will draw through you”. Own that power this week friends 👯♀️✊🏼
Omg Hiii! It’s me, promise I’m alive 😂. Thought I would stop by to say happy first day of spring! I’m grateful for the love I still get even though I don’t use this space as often. I see you & I miss you, too 👀 🧡. Current regiment is- doing CrossFit workouts 5-6 times a week and eating low carb. Best of all, I feel really good and am at an extremely peaceful place in my life. The greatest lesson I’ve learned so far in my 3 years since starting my fitness journey is BALANCE! Life is not all protein bars and working out OR eating whatever and never working out. There is a beautiful place right between those that involves BOTH! Who knew 🤔 (honestly still not me because I am such an ALL IN person). Happy to say after all this time, this is one of my proudest works in progress. Go out, have fun, don’t feel bad about it and then eat some damn veggies y’all 💁🏼♀️

Lou is completely over my antics but 🤷🏼♀️, we wanted to give a little review of our experience with intermittent fasting (obviously just mine, I’m not cruel and don’t make my chubby kitty fast 😂😜). A while ago I mentioned that I was trying Intermittent Fasting. I chose the 16:8 fast, mainly just because it worked with my schedule. I eat from 12 noon to 8 pm. Initially I was worried I would be DYING for breakfast. Honestly, after a couple of days I hardly even noticed. It is has been about 3 months now and Im just not even hungry before noon. Right before or around 11:30 it hits me and I become SUPER hungry and lunch has never tasted so good. Throughout the day I notice I am not as hungry and have more energy. Also, not having to buy breakfast has been nice 😂 #realtalk Overall, I have been really enjoying it and have continued to fast while calculating macros. Anyone else fasting? P.S. If you want more info on fasting, I have it saved on my stories!
Hi friends! Wanted to share a little update, haven’t been active on ye ‘ol fitness insta. Happy to make some more use of this wonderful space lately as life takes its many different twists and turns. Current routine: Macros and working out 5-6 times a week (work out of choice at the moment is circuit training and weight lifting through CrossFit). How’re y’all?! 💪🏼💗
