One rule that I follow in all of my training sessions...⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ “If you don’t feel it - kill it” 🙏⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s important to be able to FEEL the desired muscle that you’re trying contract if you want to get the most out of each exercise 💯⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This will ensure that you’re stimulating the targeted area instead of allowing other muscle groups to take over / overcompensate 💡⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So if you’re not able to feel your muscles work...⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ STEP 1:⁣⁣ ✅ Ensure you have the ability to contract the muscle without any movement ⁣⁣ ➡️ This can be learned by prioritising activation work using highly targeted exercises (like the first 2 movements in this workout)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ STEP 2:⁣⁣ ✅ Ensure you select appropriate exercises that you can feel working for you⁣⁣ ➡️ Be prepared to adapt mid session and have some alternative movements available to use as substitutes⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Here’s a workout which should definitely help you feel your GLUTES + HAMSTRINGS work !! 🍑🦵⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 1a.
