Hello friends! How are you doing? How’s autumn for you? How’s everything? :) So, well, I wasn’t able to enjoy October and autumn as much as I want to. A little sad, but, hey, we have sold our home and are in hunting for a new place in Trondheim. You heard me right, I am moving to Trondheim!! ♥ Trondheim is a little big city in the middle of Norway. Never been there so it’s gonna be exciting! Our plan is to be there by mid November :) I am so excited for this new season. A new start in a new place, building memories and see what God has in store for our life :) So guess who’s gonna be busy moving out soon?! 😁
Today is one of those days that I just feel an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. I know a lot of us has been feeling down because how Instagram changed lately. And yes while this space gives me anxiety sometimes, today I can’t help but feel a deep gratitude for people that I have met here and in real life because of Instagram. So I wanted to use this post to send my love to all of you, and especially to two people that I talked to today. @vickiereads you always pushed me forward. You told me to dream big when I feel small. You believe in me and always have the greatest ideas ♥ You made my life in Bergen so much better. Hanging out with you is one of my favourite things to do! You’re funny and always make me laugh. But our conversation also went deeper than that. I feel like you know me like an old friend & never judge me. I love you and miss you so so much Vickie! I can’t wait for you to be back here. @shetravelspages you always challenge me to be brave. You also believe in me. You inspire me to pick up the things I have left long time ago. Our conversations are one of my faves! We literally talk about everything! ♡ You never shy to share what you feel & that is inspiring. I wish that one day you’d come to Norway and we can hang out a lot! :) Seriously, you guys. I might feel emotional today. But from the bottom of my heart. THANK. YOU. You’ve been there when I’m happy and sad. In and out of slump. When I feel like I’m in the bottom of the pit, and when things feel alright. You are always there for me. Talking to me and care for me. I am so grateful to Jesus that I am here and that He let me met such wonderful people, like you. I wish you the loveliest day or night wherever you are in the world ♥

What kind of books do you like to read during autumn? I am all for creepy books. If you love horror. You might want to check Christina Henry’s new book “The Ghost Tree”. Okay. I admit that I usually don’t pick books that are gory & this book is quite gory. However, the summary intrigued me: //Lauren and Miranda have been best friends forever. Every day one would say, “Meet me by the old ghost-tree” and they would have adventures together. But now Miranda only likes boys, and Lauren's father was found in the woods with his heart torn out, and no one was ever caught. So when Lauren has a vision of a monster dragging human remains through the woods, she knows she can't just do nothing.// Review : honestly, I didn’t expect to enjoy this book as much I did. The Ghost Tree is a page turner, fast pace, and it keeps you guessing until the end. It’s a small town murder/horror story with haunted forest, interesting & bold characters , witchy vibes, unsettling & vivid atmosphere, creepy children and gory scenes (this one I still couldn’t take. Weak at heart that’s me). Hence, I would really love if it would be less gory 🙈 and more creepy. But, if you are a fan of Christina Henry or this kind of genre in general, you might want to consider adding this one to your tbr list this autumn. // *This post & review is a part of tour with Titan Books. #theghosttree #christinahenry
A windy day, freshly washed hair, a cup of hot chocolate, a messy bed, comfy clothes and a productive day of trying something new = ♥ How’s your day looks like? I hope it’s lovely :) * Gifted: linen cardigan from @patis_project. It’s so very lovely.
Who’s started decorating their home for autumn? I haven’t 🙈 well, I did decorate my reading room a bit, and that was it. I feel like autumn is not quite here yet even though the weather has been chilly 🤎 But the spooky reading has begun for me. Finished my first ghosty read and loved it 🍂 P.s I posted two reels showing you my autumn recommendation! Hope you can pick something from there :)
