The WBFF competition (that would have been in London, November 7) I prepped for is cancelled because of covid, yes. . But I am still prepping. #contestprep This is my testrun. I did a low rep training with lowcarb nutrition the last couple of days. Today’s offday and my first day I eat carbs again. Heute ist mein 2ter trainingsfreier Tag in Folge. Morgen starten wir mit einem strikten Cut. Mit Laser-Like Focus on Fat Loss. 💯🔥 . Wir legen in meiner Wettkampfvorbereitung generell enorm viel Priorität auf Stressmanagement und Schlaf (das kann DEN Unterschied machen! Ich beobachte es gerade an mir selbst – der enorme Einfluss auf Leistung- / meine optischen Fortschritte bzw. auch bezüglich dessen, wie mein Körper Nährstoffe und Kalorien handeld, ist der Wahnsinn!). . Wir achten darauf meinem Körper regelmäßig die Ruhe zu geben, die er braucht – dazu gehören bei mir tägliche Meditationen, BodyScan Techniken, wir gehen einmal die Woche in die Sauna / Infrarotsauna (um sozusagen auch meinen Unterkörper zum Schwitzen zu bringen; im Training schwitze ich für gewöhnlich nur im Gesicht/Brust/Rücken-Bereich), auch regelmäßiges Schröpfen, Massagen sowie gezieltes Entgiften sind Teil unserer Strategie, um vor allem meinen Unterkörper „frei“ zu bekommen und mein Hautbild dort zu verbessern. Es gehören noch weitere Faktoren als Training und Ernährung dazu – aber es lohnt sich! Today was REFEED-Day 🍣🤤🥰 8,5 weeks out #contestprep ✨🔥❤️ (1st photo 8 days ago / sunday 30 August, 2nd pic from today. Same restaurant. SUSHI = ME. HAPPY! 🍣🥰) . Desto näher mein erster Bühnen-Wettkampf rückt, umso mehr achte ich bei meinen REFEEDs bzw. cheatmeals jedoch auf meine Lebensmittelwahl. Ich esse, wovon ich weiß, dass ich es gut vertrage 😋👌 und meide beim ALL YOU CAN EAT BBQ weitgehend „the dirty stuff“ wie Paniertes, Frittiertes 🍤 (klau nur paar sweet potato fries von Moritz Teller 🤫) Obst als Dessert 🍓🍇🍉🍍🍒 . Der strategische Refeed hilft meinem Stoffwechsel, meine Muskelglykogenspeicher aufzufüllen und gibt mir aus Erfahrung in den darauffolgenden Tagen einen Performance-Push 🔥💪 was wir für meine Prioritäten wie Gluteus und Quadrizeps nutzen und ich habe die Folgetage weniger Hunger. Dadurch (sowie der Fokus auf Schlaf-, Stressmanagement, Einbezug diverser Health- und Recoverymarker, periodisiertem Trainingsphasen mit jeweils darauf gezielt abgestimmter Ernährung) ist meine Wettkampf-Diät aktuell sehr angenehm für mich. 😌🙏 . Tagsüber habe ich heute gefastet, um für abends Kalorien zu sparen, nachmittags war ich trainieren – danach gab es SUSHI 🍣🤤. Vor Refeeds nutzen wir gerne den AMPK Trainingsreiz mit Incomplete Rest Methode um die Nährstoffe möglichst vorteilhaft einzulagern. Das bedeutet für mich: Eine Übungsauswahl mit shortened overload z.B. Leg Extensions, … in meinem Fall: 8 sets x 7 reps pro Übung/Muskelgruppe, in der shortened HALTEN; 30 Sekunden Satzpause. . Meine Ernährung ansonsten nach Plan: . Tagsüber / Pre-Workout: 2 Fett-Eiweiß-Mahlzeiten mit Greens #lowcarb (Lachs, Eier oder Bio Rind mit ca. 500g Gemüse; ergänzend Complete Greens Powder, omega3, Multivitamine / -mineralien, aktuell auch Supplements für Mitochondrielle Gesundheit und Hamstring-Detox. Vitamine nehme ich zu meinen Fett-Eiweißmahlzeiten, da viele Vitamine fettlöslich sind und so besser aufgenommen werden. ✅) . Abends / Post-Workout: 2 Mahlzeiten aus fettarmen Proteinquellen mit Kohlenhydraten #lowfat #highcarb wie z.B. Huhn 🐓 mit Kohlenhydraten wie Süßkartoffeln 🍠, weißen Kartoffeln 🥔, Reis- oder Maiswaffeln, 1-2 Portionen Obst – meist 🍌

#BodyUpdate Today’s shape, 9 weeks (64 days) out ✨ @wbffentertainment . currently arround 57kg (1,64cm bodyheight) eating 1800 kcal a day, 250g carbs - high carb nutrition matching my current training (AMPK local lactic acid metabolic training with incomplete rest methode) sleeping 9 hours or more (tracking my sleep with @ouraring) . Never underestimate the power and effect of high quality (and enough quantity) of sleep 😴 on your body (your aesthetic goals - fatloss and hypertrophy, as well as performance and overall health and well-being) . My rituals to improve my sleep 😴 . - Meditating (first thing) in the morning and before going to bed 🧘‍♀️😌 - No screens (no phone 📵 / social media / netflix, …) 1 hour before bed - ⚠️ No late night workouts (usually I finish my last workout before 6 PM) - ⚠️ No caffeine, no pre-workout boosters the entire day (or when I take caffeine, I take it only early in the morning) - ✅ I take magnesium bisglycinat and magnesium l-threonate before bed - Cooling the bed room down 🛌 - No bright lights 💡 in the evening - Completely dark bedroom 🌚 (means I can’t even see my hand in front of me) 🤚 - Going to bed 🛌 everyday at the same time ⏰ - Going for a walk, soaking up sunlight ☀️ and catching some fresh air 🍃 everyday or as often as possible . #strongmindstrongbody #wbff #wbffentertainment #teamwbff2020 #teamwbff #wbff2020 #flexingfriday @eliteposingbytoby @paul_dillett @allisondillett @myogenia

today’s shape #bodyupdate 10 weeks out from my very first stage competition @wbffentertainment ✨ . My calories have been up the last 2 weeks, deloading from my metabolic training, focusing on improving my sleep and health markers as well as focusing on stress-management. The last two days have been low carb offdays, today we did a body fat measurement, check in and progress pics (like every week) and my coach decided today, that I can have a bigger refeed today (so we’ve been at my favorite all you can eat sushi restaurant 🤤🍣🤗😍🥰 and ate #foodporn cookies @austriancookiedealer ). Last cheat for a while. . Tomorrow we’ll start to cut again – switching back into a local lactic acid AMPK metabolic training with incomplete rest methode to lose bodyfat and get leaner. . Last week has been intense and we did a training workshop for our clients too - the feedback we @myogenia received today was amazing! The words of our client and teammember have been a beautiful reminder and proofed, that we LOVE what we do – that this is not just a job. Fitness and coaching is our PASSION ❤️🔥💯💪 . This was an amazing week and I am so extremely thankful – from the bottom of my heart! Today’s REFEED-Day and I’ve chosen 🍣 (+1 piece of cheesecake 🥰) . Fakten über mich - TEIL 3 . Mein erstes Sushi 🍣 hab ich bei meinem ersten DATE mit meinem damaligen Schwarm in einem japanischen Restaurant gegessen. Ich sag’s euch! Damals hat mich dieser kalte rohe Fisch vor mir sooo viel Überwindung gekostet 😧😖😶 Meiner Verabredung zuliebe... runter damit! 😧 Seither bin ich süchtig danach 🤤 manchmal braucht es das erste Mal einfach Überwindung... war mit dem ersten Schritt den ich ins Fitnessstudio gewagt habe nichts anderes. 😂 Zuerst die Scheu, rückblickend betrachtet eine der besten Entscheidungen ever. ❤️ . Cheesecake bzw. Käsekuchen war mir übrigens lange Zeit (aufgrund des 🧀🤨Namens nehme ich an 😅😂) auch höchst suspekt! Habe mich lange davor gesträubt. Nun dasselbe: Ich LIEBE Chessecake 🥰🤤 (sowie andere Topfen- / Joghurt-Kuchen bzw. Schnitten 😍😋) . Facts about me - PART 3 . My first Sushi 🍣 I ever ate was at my first DATE with man crush at that time, at a japanese Restaurant. This cold, raw fish in front of me... 😧😖😶 Oh my 😱 But I did it for him… Now I’m obsessed to 🍣. Sometimes you need to overcome – but it’s totally worth it. ❤️Like my first step into a gym. 😂 . By the way: I avoided cheesecake for years too (cause of the 🧀🤨 name I guess 😅😂) NOW I’m totally in love with cheesecake 🥰🤤 (and other curd- and yoghurt cakes and desserts 😍😋)
