Dear Chrissy Teigan... I couldn’t stop thinking about Chrissy all day. When a mother shares her story of losing a pregnancy of her unborn child, you grieve with her, and you empathize with her. When a woman loses a pregnancy, the wounds stay with you. It’s a subject that many don’t talk about and keep to themselves, dealing with it in silence and grieving on their own. So many women go through this and feel so alone. Friends, family...including myself. Chrissy named her baby Jack, I called mine Laila. I’ve never talked about my third pregnancy since it came to an end just at the beginning of my 4th mth. I still have my passage from my dairy, as it was my outlet. To this day I still think about the child and the ‘what if’s”.... To read through the negative comments happening online while Chrissy is sharing her pain is just awful. It’s so wrong. Thank you Chrissy for sharing and being so vulnerable, it’s going to help so many women in knowing they’re not alone. This is a beautiful picture of my healthy Shyla...almost 9 lbs, a beautiful gift Mothers, and fathers, it’s OK to share through the pain. Sometimes, talking about it can do a world of a difference for your mental health. #YouAreNotAlone
